I brought my classic truck in to have some work done, and Chuck absolutely knocked it out of the park! He fixed the exhaust and got my ratchet shifter working perfectly. The shifter was actually missing a spring and a gear, and instead of giving up or making me hunt down rare parts, Chuck custom-made both of them himself. That is next-level talent and craftsmanship.
On top of that, he noticed my transmission fluid was low and topped it off just because he saw it needed to be done. Mechanics like Chuck are a rare breed these days—guys who are incredibly detail-oriented, go over the entire vehicle, and just do what makes sense to get the job done right. Arc Springs put a new set of leaf springs on my 22 year old Tacoma. Extremely happy with their work & price! Truck rides great now - I hope to keep it on the road for many more years. I highly recommend Arc Springs!
I first stopped by Arc Spring to see about correcting a rear spring problem on my 1950 Mercury. He gave me a basic cost to fix, but then reduced the price because the job did not take as long as he first estimated. From that experience I asked Chuck if he would do a more complete upgrade on this same car and shortly after he installed a Ridetech air spring suspension on the rear leaf springs. The job went well, the car floats down the street, and he told me ofther other corrections that he made during the course of this repair. It all boils down to good work at a resonable price. I trust this business!
This place is the best. They just did a complete suspension upgrade on my 2013 Expedition for less than I could get the parts. He gave me a price range for the labor of $1200-1600 and only charged me $650 because it went better than expected. Hard to find that kind of honesty.
I was very impressed, the pricing was very reasonable, I had heavy duty springs installed, he quoted me a price and he installed them on my truck and he did them faster than he expected so he took money off the price. I would refer him to everyone. He is very honest.
You don't need to go anywhere else if you have spring issues with your vehicle. Best price and best service in the metro area. Got my work truck back on the road for less than $500 and two hours of time, (rebuilt the rear springs) and I'm getting the fronts done in the next month or so. Been coming here for 20 some odd years.
