I am in town for the Woodward Dream Cruise 2025, when I developed a problem with my front bumper. I Googled “Collision Repair Open on Saturday” and found several shops open. I went to 3 different shops and was told either it can’t be fixed, you need to epoxy attach it or several screws could be drilled through my bumper. Then I stopped at 8 Mile Collision & Fiberglass. I was met by a very polite gentleman who eagerly came outside to examine my car. Within 5 minutes he had strategically inserted a screw that was not visible from the outside. Problem solved! Fast, courteous service with excellent skill; that’s my review for 8 Mile Collision. And the price was very fair. Thanks 8 Mile! Jon

Dustin & the staff at 8 Mile Collision did a fantastic job on my mother's car. The paint job and repairs were top notch. They were so nice and professional as well. We brought my husband‘s 2009 Escape here as a last ditch effort to save it from the junkyard. Thanks to Dustin and Mark, we don’t have to go looking for a new used car! Very professional experience. I have gotten my car fixed twice now by 8 Mile Collision and while it always sucks having to get your car fixed, these guys do a fantastic job. Beyond that, they have always picked up the phone to answer questions when I wanted an update on how things were going, handled supplemental claims behind the scenes with my insurance, and kept things moving. The repairs both times were as quick as I could have hoped, and done to the highest standard. I'm really glad that I found this shop the first time around, as it wasn't even a question whether I would go back. I am very much hoping people stop finding new and exciting ways to collide with me, but if it happens again, I know who I'll call.

We brought our Jeep Cherokee here for repair last week and we already have it back.Excellent service , excellent work, excellent people and great pricing! Everyone was so kind and respectful and they did a wonderful job of fixing our car. I highly recommend 8Mile Collision when you need car repair. Everyone who works there treats with respect and kindness . They return call calls promptly . The owner is a very fine gentleman always ready to answer questions and to help out in any way possible!

When i brought my car there for a bumper replacement and told Dustin everything i wanted done. we went over the car and he pointed out some things to get done. We agreed on a price I dropped my car off for a week and when i went to pick it up he didn't do half the things he said he would do. when i pointed it out he said he would an additional $1000 and more time which is not we agreed upon we argued about it. I had no choice other to pay the agreed upon price so i could have my car released. he did the bare minimum i drove across town to his shop to be over charged for mediocre work for no reason. make sure you get in writing what to be done upfront or he will pull a bate and switch on you. also only put half the screw back on my bumper it basically almost fell off had to take it to another shop to get repaired a week after getting it from this shop.

Dustin was fanatic. He was upfront about his plan and the prices of everything. He tried his best to save me money when he could. I could not recommend his shop enough. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Had a great experience with Dustin getting a smashed mirror replaced on my vehicle. He took care of me quickly and the price was reasonable. I have been here 3 times over the years and they have always been good and easy to work with.

Great local and family owned body shop. I had fantastic customer service scheduling a next day quote for a fender I needed done, on a 2023 Ford F150. Not only did I get the best price in town but the work was done in two days. Fender looked brand new. I’ve already brought another vehicle in for work and have had the same great experience thus far. Overall I had a great experience, which I feel is rare nowadays.

First they worked on my daughter’s jeep someone hit in a parking lot. They are so very nice, very responsive. They work well with the insurance company. They did such a great job everyone there was super nice. The quality of the work is top notch. We recently took my mom’s Lincoln (after she was involved in a hit and run) the damage was to the passenger front side. Dustin and his team took care of everything again. They took delt with the insurance and adjusters for her. They had it back to her in about 2 weeks. They are the most AWESOME guys to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Elantra and he exposed what had happened to me, even showed me all the information I was not disclosed too from the seller. I came to this place for collision repair after having a frustrating experience getting a quote at another collision shop. Both Jason and Dustin were welcoming, friendly, professional, and just an overall pleasure to work with. They worked hard to help me find good deals on parts and were very fast in completing the work once we got them. I will trust them with any future collision repairs (though I hope I don't have any)!

Jason and his brother are very welcoming, called the shop on Tuesday, got estimate, ordered the part, rear bumper, installed on Thursday, job completed. 8 mile Collision is hands down the best! I would totally recommend them every time. They are professional and everything was done to my satisfaction.
