Had an 8am appointment for an oil change. Greeted by Bill and Laura as soon as I walked in the door. I've never been to Griffins before and they took me in quickly and got everything going right away (even with computer issues). I have a Jaguar SVR, not a very common vehicle. But yet they got me in and out quicker and definitely cheaper than the dealership. Will definitely be using and recommending them in the future.

They had fantastic communication, everything was detailed and well explained, and the repair was very quick. Since having my car back I’ve had no problems and it’s running smoothly, overall amazing experience!

Finding a good auto shop is like finding a good doctor. I found the Griffin Auto people very friendly & prices reasonable. I have recommended them to family & friends for their auto needs..They were also kind to let me bring my service dog in training in their lobby while they serviced my car. Giving 'Chip' a chance to work on his social skills.

The service at Griffin’s is always done properly and efficiently, appointments are never too far out and the team is very professional. Can’t ask for much more. Highly recommend them.

Would recommend this place for any car troubles, my transmission had went out brought it here. Th owner had given me an awesoke deal with discount, James was absolutely awesome to work with as well. Just felt a weight off your shoulders and comfortable.

Overall it was a great experience here and I’m so appreciative of the team’s help. They gave me a second opinion when I went to another shop and wasn’t sure if the items the other shop gave me were necessary. Vince and the team were able to get me in and out and my brakes are great. Will definitely be back to do more of the maintenance and items needed for my car!

My Car was delivered to Griffins from Lucky’s due to front end damage. Parts delivery etc have extended the time of repair. It has been there 7 weeks The work was completed. I am happy to report the car drives very well.

The gentlemen who answered my call was great. I called the shop to ask some questions about repairs needed and maintenance recommendations. The gentlemen on the phone (Jason or James?) was extremely helpful, while other shops I called were clearly bothered by all my questions. He answered every one of my questions in detail. He was very patient and I appreciate it because I do not know a lot about cars and need quite a bit of work done. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Will definitely set up an appointment with them for future repairs because of it.

Bill and his crew are fantastic. They made sure I understood everything that was needed to get my vehicle running smoothly again (honestly, better than when I bought it). Due to my lack of knowledge I was not maintaining the vehicle as I should have. They gave me a list of everything that should be done and went through it with me in order of importance. Everyone I encountered was honest and friendly. I implicitly trust the manager, Vince, and have followed him to multiple shops. You can trust Griffin's to not give you the runaround and oversell you.

Griffin’s is amazing! I’m from out of town and my truck unexpectedly broke down. They managed to fit me in on a busy Monday, diagnose the problem, and get me back on the road all in the same day! Their staff was courteous and helpful and gave recommendations on what was urgent to be fixed and what was not and why. They also fit in an oil change for me as well! They do great work for a reasonable price. Griffin’s is the best car repair shop I’ve been to in years! I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

This mechanic has had my car for two and a half months. It started with a transmission replacement they recommended, and now they’re saying it’s the power transfer unit and need to file more warranty claims. Every week I’m told, “hopefully it’ll be done soon,” but it’s been dragging on for over 2.5 months and I still don’t have my car back. This has reached a ridiculous point, and I would not recommend anyone bring their car to this place.

I originally bought my car here 3-4 weeks ago because my car shut off on me. Before it was towed to them my battery was tested and I was told it wasn't my battery but to be on the safe side I took it here and had them look at my car. I was told it was the battery and I would be charged originally $180 for diagnosis. Then when I pointed out how much he charged me he went down on the price. Now today my car went back out again for the same issue I brought my car into for and took it to Good Year from AAA. They thoroughly looked into my car and found out it was a electric problem. So that tells me my battery never needed replaced and he got money out of me for the wrong problem. He won't admit it because he wasn't being honest and was telling me to fork more money out of me. I'm glad this happened and I was able to go to a real mechanic shop that told me the truth. Please be aware if your women that a lot of these small business will tell you anything to make money. Now I have to come up with over $500 to get my car diagnosed for the electrical problem.

If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 I would. I will be going to Griffin’s every single time I need any work done. From the moment I walked in I knew it was the right place to bring my truck. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dependable. They asked all the right questions to address my issue based on what I was describing and were more than thorough and efficient. A++++++ job!! While other places tried to BS me with things I didn’t need, Griffin’s was straight to the point and very clear in what was absolutely essential and what wasn’t.

Took my car here on a recommendation from another shop. I live about 15 miles away. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome! It was a big job, they worked to try and save me money where they could—I didn’t even need to ask. The work itself is top-notch. Shout out to Curt who busted his hump to do the work and Scott, the Service Manager who kept me informed throughout. Both were friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend Griffin’s.

would leave 0 stars if I could, towed my car there, kept my car for a week for it to have the same problem within 3 days of getting it back. Paid 1300$ for rear calipers a “debris flush” and brake fluid. Scott says he’ll call you back but never does, finally I get a hold of the owner today just asking for 1 hour of labor refunded to me, out of 1300 dollars…. More than fair, and the owner yells through the phone saying I’m a leech. Save your time, save your money, and save your self respect because these people got none clearly. this place is a joke. I got my car actually fixed within 2 days at shop who said they didn’t even do anything. I brought that up to the owner as well he said he didn’t care and proceeded to yell through the phone. Grown man who owns a business can’t even settle some horrible business with respect. He’ll also reply to this review like he did every other one and put the blame on the customer like he has for every other low review on here. Nothing but an up charger.

There's lots of uncertainty when dealing with a classic barn find. Patience and attention to detail is needed when putting a 55 year old car back on the road. Griffin's made mine road worthy again, addressed issues with confidence and dealt with the unforseen as rapidly as possible. Old cars equals limited availability of parts and it takes time to get things assembled. I'm pleased with my results.
