This garage ALWAYS manages to take care of our fleet of 9 trucks in Muskegon. We know they have bigger customers with more units than us but that said, they do what they can and sometimes move heaven and earth to help keeps us rolling even when they are extremely slammed, short mechanics depending on the week and the need for services by other customers. Thanks to this garage and fab shop, we would be hurting otherwise. Keep up the excellent work!
Not happy with prices… Management has a poor attitude… However the techs and other employees are great...(update) got a truck wash and the Employees are still great... management is still lacking
Arrived for trailer washout. Crunched for time, they were on lunch said it would be about 20 to 25min. I explained it was crunched for time but I understand everyone has to take lunch breaks. Next thing they all set their lunches down had me pull in washout and gone quick, made pickup on time Arrived at 1258 appt1pm thank you guys so much. Can't say enough about the guys sacrificing their lunch to help me out. Appreciate you!!!!!!!
Super nice guys here. They work hard and do a thorough job. Not an easy job either so I really appreciate their work ethic. Give these guys a raise eh?!
Contacted them by phone a week ago and got connected to an answering machine and no call back. Left a message on their website inquiring about service and got a robo email saying someone would contact me. Never did. I will never contact them again.
The Truck wash will knock off some dirt but it definitely won’t be clean. If you need a wet test go somewhere else the service manager has lowered several of our probes causing trailers to be locked out from probing out because he absolutely refuses to leave them set at compartment specs. The mechanics do decent work even when understaffed they do the best they can.
Where do I start? Over charged me for my service compared to my quoted price, curbed my truck and damaged my front wheel (they did replace the wheel not tire) although I had to bring it to the tire place to get it taken care of. During this interaction I received a terrible attitude from Ron in service. Charged me about 1400$ and I still left with a broken truck (did have a pm done too). So all in all it took a week and a couple days with about 10 hours of driving back and forth total, spent a bunch of money to get no closer to a repair. My trailer was also damaged in there parking lot with them saying we aren't going to do anything about it.. (pictures taken before and after). I finally pulled it from them and brought it to a different mechanic. He found and fixed the issue in no time at all. I'm sad to leave this review because I used to think highly of st.johns and drove 80 miles one way just to have them service my truck. Never again
Can't even get in to balance a steer tire that's off the truck? Kevin says they are too busy! Asked me what company I was calling for, I think being that I'm just a one truck company he didn't have time to help? Will go elsewhere where you don't have to be "special" to get service
Told me they wouldn't work on my truck because it wasn't as big as what they usually work on. Recommended taking a 20 year old truck to a dealership. Smh
They got me in quick for a DOT yearly. Stayed in contact to let me know of any issues. Honestly the only reason they got 4 and not 5 stars was their hourly price $115 a hour when going rate for the area is $65 to $80. Will I go back? I don't know. If everyone else is busy then yeah probably.
Fast friendly customer service always willing to help the truck driver out I they have parts and service anything you need they have Truck and Trailer Wash and trailer wash out.
Quick, fast and friendly. They had a full crew of 4. Sadly after inspection of final product, I found a couple spots where it looked like they missed. But it didn't show up until my tractor was dry and I was gone.
Careful, first shop I met that has a separate charge for the truck service itself and another charge for the tech to come 2 miles out ! Do Not let them "call" their tow truck buddy company because they'll upcharge 30% , no joke !!
Get here before 530pm I got my trailer washed out. Front desk guys are very nice let me park and drop trailer over night to eat at restaurants near by!!! Aslo keeping them in mind for when I get my truck
