Shout out to Sara at the AutoZone on harvey!! Shes the MVP!! Went to get my battery tested in this nastiness today (which I apologized profusely) because my car is being weird this morning going to my doctor's appointment. Battery is fine (only 2yrs old and had it tested a month ago somewhere else) but she realized one of the terminals was very loose and said that was likely the issue and went and got tools and tightened it for me then suggested I get the other one replaced soon, then told me she loves my independence! She's helped me a handful of times there and the other time told me I sounded very knowledgeable on my car. She's the absolute best!!!
Stopped in here to get a read on a check engine light on vacation. It was an engine coil. I've never repaired anything mechanical and Sara walked me through exactly what I'd need to do the job. Performed a successful repair much in thanks to the help I received here. Seriously, Sara I hope you read this and know my appreciation!
Asked for car parts for my Ford. Was given parts for a Chevrolet. Didn't notice they were wrong till I got the car torn apart. Looked up parts, just completely wrong. Called the store, they had no solutions to offer. I rented a car to get to the store to replace the parts. The guy offered no apologies, was very distracted as he played Monopoly on his phone. He didnt ask any questions about who completely screwed up the order or tried to determine a way to prevent it from happening again. My problem was business as usual, I guess. I'd be so embarrassed if I were managing this location.
Offered assistance right at the start. And an excellent upsell because I almost forgot an ancillary product that would make my job easier. A lot of times when you come into a place before close you don't feel welcomed, that couldn't be further from the truth here. I was in and out in 5 minutes because of the direct assistance from the friendly staff.
SARA IS A LIFESAVER! Not only did I leave happy, I left with more knowledge about my vehicle. She also helped me save money and fixed the mistakes of the dreaded autozone location in Grand Haven. I will continue to shop here due to their knowledge and customer service. Thank you so much!

Walked in asking for help 6pm Sunday. The Guy behind the counter said I ain’t here to help you. I said ok and walked out. They won’t ever get my business. The district manager called and could care less. It says a lot about the company.
I do like AutoZone this location has one of the most knowledgeable staffs. She also helped me out with my points that I didn't know I had and she made it so I got a $20 discount with my points. That was super helpful so the lady that helped me totally rocked I go here often and will continue to go here again
I had locked my keys in my car and I walked to autozone for assistance and the staff there went above and beyond helping me by getting the tool I needed and walking back with me to help open my car. They were all so kind. Truly great staff there!!!
I'd give it 5 stars except for Dylan. I needed 4 high performance spark plugs. Had to be shipped from Grand Rapids to Muskegon. Paid for 4 spark plugs and Dylan, bless his heart. Only had one sent from the hub. It was great having to wait another 24 hours to get the other three in.
Good business as I observed. Upon costumer's request was their needs met. Representative knew exactly how to see it through. I highly recommend this location, they put their costumer first!
I've been a long time supporter of Auto Zone and this store is the worst. On three separate occasions I've been given the wrong parts for my vehicles. This guy always blames you, or other workers. And when you question him he gets mad and gets an attitude. I will never use them again. Buy and shop at your own risk.
Very helpful and respectful they helped me find everything I need and get the best deals as well as helped me carry all my random things I needed to the counter and then to my car. As soon as I got there I was greeted with friendly smiling faces i appreciate everyone that was working
Walked in and received assistance right away. The guy working the counter was speedy and got me everything I needed in the snap of a finger. After going outside there was another guy who works there that offered help to put in the new headlight bulbs I just purchased and we did it in a snap! I didn't even have to ask for help! They were on it! I wish there were more people and place like them with such great service! Thanks again guys!
I had a wonderful experience this am. I stopped in early in the am before work to grab a headlight bulb. The woman behind the counter, not only sold me the correct bulb for my car very quickly but installed it for me right there on the spot. Then I bought another headlight for the other side and ahe installed that as well, and I was on time for work!
Great parts at great price and I had no issue returning the parts i didn't need even without my receipt. I would give this location 10 stars if i could!!!!! :)
