Had front & rear brakes replaced a few weeks ago on my GMC truck. Decided to wash it yesterday and noticed the chrome on 2 wheels damaged do to removing lug nuts. Firestone has been rotating my tires for years, which was 5500 miles ago, and we're always able to remove lug nuts without damaging wheels. Of course, they have more experience.
Brett and Nikki took care of my van with an honest quote and turned it around quickly in the promised timeline. I had new shocks and struts installed on and they didn't try to talk me into anything the vehicle didn't need. I will be back for future maintenance.
This was my first time using Them and would go back. I had the timing belt and water pump replaced on my Honda Pilot. Staff was friendly and they did a good job.
I am a single senior citizen. Had them look at my car, totally respectful, the nice lady helped thru everything. HIGHLY recommend.

Great people. Helpful and caring. Went for a cylinder misfire and they confirmed with a free scan and then scheduled a fix. It took less than a day and under their original price estimate. Took excellent care of the vehicle and my needs, especially considering my interlock device.

I was referred to A&B Auto by a family member I trust-- I've usually had frustrating experiences with auto shops. Nikki was great at keeping me informed on what was going on with our vehicle, and the cost for labor and repair was very fair. They got us in, and got us out, quickly, and were very generous in offering a loaner vehicle. Great experience!

I've brought my old piece of junk here twice and both times it was an excellent experience. They diagnosed and fixed the issues quickly and effectively. Prices are exactly what I'd expect for good work and I'm happy with what I paid. They also broke down repair options for me at different price levels which I appreciate a lot. This is a sharp contrast to the last shop I brought my car into and I'm happy to recommend them.

A & B Auto Center is the MOST IMPRESSIVE repair shop I have ever encountered. Nikki, Brett and their friendly mechanic were truly amazing individuals through this process. I just purchased a vehicle 2 months ago (from a different company) whose service department had no understanding of how to accurately diagnose or correctly repair the vehicle. A&B Auto asked me to describe the vehicle's symptoms over the phone and IMMEDIATELY Nikki knew of the exact issue. Nikki, Brett and the helpful male mechanic were highly knowledgeable, quick to respond, fairly priced, fixed the problem and were strongly kind and professional throughout! I am truly impressed and will return, thank you!

After having a bad experience at other shops, I came to A&B auto not only did they fix what the other shop messed up on my Subaru they fixed it quickly and the prices are very fair. These guys are amazing. I was having a super bad day when the topper to my truck came off going down Seaway. I had stopped here and had 4 dollars to my name, told them what happened and asked for help. They were more than happy to secure my topper for me...free of charge. Thank you so much you guys. Thank you for getting me in real quick to patch a tire after another repair business said they couldn't do it for 2 weeks. A&B was really busy too but they took time out of their busy schedule to take care of my tire which took them about 10 minutes. Thanks again guys.
We were driving back home to Indiana from Silver Lake. Our radiator blew up on the highway (while towing our camper). Took forever to get to the closest exit. It was a Sunday so we were stuck till Monday and thankfully stayed at a state park. Monday we began calling places to see if anyone could repair our truck asap.
First of all they gave us a quote instantly right on the phone. They heard our situation and said they would work us in today knowing we were stuck and couldn’t get home till our truck was repaired.
The service we received today was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. A lot of places would have taken full advantage of us, but not here. The owner was amazing. He even drove out to the campground to pick us up after the repair so we didn’t have to bike back (it was a decent distance).
The truck got completely fixed and they were more than fair on pricing. If we lived anywhere close to here we would be regular customers 100%.
This is a very small business and I highly recommend you give them a try and support.
Wanted to give a shout out and acknowledgement of gratitude to A&B Auto Center. My first time visiting them, and I was super impressed and totally satisfied with their service. I had the Check Engine light come on mid afternoon Thursday. After stopping by O'Reilly Auto Parts (also a first time) and having a computer diagnosis, I knew what needed to be done as it had happened before. I drove to my usual repair shop but they no longer had a mechanic, and was referred to A&B. After a brief conversation and a potential scheduled appointment for the following Thursday, Brett allowed me to get in today! Just leave my truck for them at the start of the day, and they were able to squeeze it in for me!!! It was ready for me shortly after noon. They were able to offer suggestions and possible future maintenance plan with potential longevity suggestions, making the choice available to me without pressure.

For the past couple years I’ve had my car we’ve brought it here and Brett always does a great job for a great price, treating vehicles with care. Recently we brought my car in because it had stalled and he not only found and fixed the issue that had come up due to a careless oil change done elsewhere but checked the car for other issues and helped with those as well. A year ago, my car had stalled due to an oil issue and he came over to get it to his shop so he could work on it. Brett does great work!
Had one of our fleet vehicles needing some major front end work. Staff was efficient and got us back on the road in no time - for less money than we were expecting too! Highly recommend.
Brett was great to work with! Our van had two major coolant leaks, one from the water pump and the other was from the rear heater.
They needed a special part from the dealer, so they needed our van overnight. Right away they offered that I could use one of their vehicles, which was a great blessing.
Overall very happy with the service and repairs.
Excellent Auto Service. Rich knows his stuff. I was in and out the same day, which was a shock to me, because I had so many things wrong with my car.
