Shannon at Bathrick's is the most honest boat mechanic I've worked with. Our boat had a very unique (and PITA) issue and Shannon was very transparent about the process, and was able to get the boat back and running and a very reasonable price. We also stored our boat here over the winter, and it was absolutely spotless upon picking it up. This place is the real deal. Rock on, Bathrick's!

I have never had an experience quite like I did with Shannon Bathrick. We brought him our boat on Monday, asking for an estimate because our boat was overheating. He said he couldn't promise he could get it fixed by the weekend, but he promised to look at our boat first thing the following morning. When I didn't hear from him by 3, I called to inquire. He was nasty and said if I would let him off the phone, he would look at the boat now. That never happened. After 9 days of running us around, we declined his estimate to fix our boat (as we no longer trusted this man). We received a bill for $297.50 and a box full of parts to our boat!!! When I called him to express my unhappiness with his work ethics, he screamed at me and called me a silly little girl who knows nothing about boats. He said I was just upset with him because I bought a lemon. Really??? All it needed was a repair. It never broke down on us. This man has absolutely no clue to what customer service is, and he lies to you about your boat. He is nasty and has no respect for people. We finally received our boat back (after threathening to call the police). NEVER EVER take your boat here!!!!
