Employee that helped me was very knowledgeable an willing to help without prompting. But not all Employees are willing to help when you need help. But definitely better then other auto stores in North Muskegon.

Went because the check engine was on in my vehicle, Cory helped us out. He was very attentive and gave all the info we needed. He offered great customer service , Cory is a great example of a caring and compassionate employee.
Usually helpful, but the other day, I felt like I was bothering the younger guy who "helped" me. I was the only customer in the store, but he was on his phone when I approached him and he was bugged. He spent about 30 seconds on the computer and told me that they didn't carry anything for my problem. How in the world would he know when he didn't even put my vehicle information in?
Great staff, very friendly. Also good knowledge about the business they're doing. The thing I liked the most though, if they aren't sure about something, they have no problem looking into the matter until they can send you off with as much info as possible.
Super friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I've gotten a "Welcome to O Reilly's "every time I went into the store even if it's my 3rd visit that day. The same goes for them saying "Have a great day" when leaving. Normally if AutoZone across the street doesn't something O'Reilly's will.
Super friendly staff, let me borrow a screw driver, when they didn't have the exact size I needed they went right to the aisle. Pulled one off the shelf ripped it out of the packaging and said here use it. My point is they go out of their way to help you
I've been dealing with Clint for quite some time I have a commercial account and all the people treat me awesome that's why I don't go anywhere else great group of guys. And I'm not afraid to buy them lunch now and then and tip them when they deliver
The usual experience at a discount auto parts store. Employee knew knowing of automotive so I had to look the part up for her. She was friendly and I left with what I needed so I left a OK rating of three stars because that's what it was.
Nothing but great experiences here. Clint is the man. Amazing memory like a border collie remembering your exhaust tone two blocks away from you getting home. Definitely a returning customer.
Staff is very helpful. They changed my battery in my truck. It was difficult, bolt broke off, but he persevered to get the job done.

STAFF ABSOLUTELY NO HELP WHATSOEVER! I assumed employees at these businesses are trained to a degree in the inventory they sell. WRONG! When asked a question...THEY STAND BEHIND THE COUNTER STARING AT YOU... THEN TURN TO EACH OTHER AS THEY EACH SHRUG SHOULDERS softly mumbling "I dun-no".
I bought an vintage camper with no working tail lights and needed a set of temporary removable brake lights. The first item i retrieved from the back of the store where they pointed their index finger to direct me in the right location.... was a set of tail lights but wiring did not extend required length to reach back of trailer. So after we each swapped looks of cluelessness ....I asked if extension wiring would work. (Answer....it should)?! So again i go back and stare at the wall of wire and plug gadgets and see the only bundle of wiring that could possibly reach the back taillight area....excited that I've done well for myself; i take it to the counter. " this is the only pack of wire i saw which extends to connects to lights. Will it work"??? AGAIN THEY EYEBALLED EACH OTHER AS IF THEY WERE NEW TO THIS PLANET! Thinking Ive nailed it all by myself....I commented to them ( "One or all of us is about to regret not having an parking lot that extends around the entire store once I try to backing that travel trailer in reverse". ) Jokingly but hoping one of them would come outside and direct me safely backwards! NEEDLESS TO SAY.. NO SUCH LUCK! I managed to get turned around on my 8th try with them watching from the storefront window as if It was my purpose to provide the entertainment to enjoy!
YOU CAN NOT IMAGINE THE WORDS THAT FLEW OUT OF MY MOUTH ONCE I REALIZED NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING I BOUGHT WAS ANYTHING CLOSELY RELATED TO WHAT I ACTUALLY NEEDED.
People.... know this...I was able to hard wire the extension onto each light to improvise in a bind BUT...BUT...if the poor sap behind the counter tries for HALF-A-SECOND to deny a refund....well let's just say this "their day will be about to take a bad turn for the worse" SO....FOR THE TIME BEING... i'll leave you to ponder it ALL now!
Dani was super friendly. She was very helpful and polite. Unfortunately they don't carry the part we needed but she informed us of other places to try. (Junkyards) instead of having to go to the Chevy dealer. Thank you for all your help. ☺
Perfect place if you want to come back multiple times due to continuously getting wrong parts, even with bringing old part to compare to insure getting correct parts.... we will return back to auto zone indefinitely.
