Chris helped me out with putting a new battery in, and I couldn’t appreciate him more since all my car people are across the state. Was super patient with my lack of knowledge on my new vehicle and even taught me how to change it out for next time! I could not recommend this place enough, genuinely the best experience!!

I thank you guys SOOO much. I was in quite the predicament today 2/26/25. Being 20 weeks pregnant with a toddler and my boyfriend who was getting a medical procedure and we come from Houghton which is two hours away. And our car died and I was soooo lost on what we were going to do. I paid for a battery jumper over the phone and it was so graciously brought to us and I will never forget that generosity. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. You took a really crappy situation and made my life a million times easier that day ❤️

Chris helped me out with a dead battery on a cold, rainy day. He was great! I recommend this place very highly and the service he provided.

We experienced a transmission fluid leak while visiting from out of town. Chris helped diagnose the problem and then spent a significant time helping us repair the issue. We were able to get back on the road without costly repair and tow truck bills. Chris truly went above and beyond to help us. All staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

Almost always have parts for our Duramax 3500HD. One phone call is all it takes. Caliper warranties here make life easier. Can't go wrong, especially at their Car quest location.

Turns out my dead car battery(Platinum Die Hard) is a "unicorn," yet I was given an in-stock replacement with professional service!

Me and a friend had our car break down as we were trying to head back to IL, and we are so glad we came here for help. Chris and Brent were outstanding, as they were willing to come and take a look at our car and got it working again. Unfortunately, the store did not have a compatible one in stock, The gentleman assisting me has made great efforts to help me solve this issue so he kindly provided me with a list of other stores to explore, as well as a backup plan in case I cannot find the part I needed. Was traveling from far away and had a problem with my car's battery/ alternator that needed an immediate fix for how far we were going. They helped us get connected to a local mechanic and get it fixed the day of. Super great help and told it to me straight. Great guys & highly recommend!

The clerk offered to install my new windshield wiper. The old one was corroded on, and he cheerfully took care of it. He even offered to recycle or trash the packaging and old wiper. Update - I was ignored by the clerk (I'm female, different clerk than used to be there) today while every man who came in was greeted and offered help. Including the man with no mask and his unmasked child. Spent over 5 minutes googling the size of wiper blade I needed in direct view of the clerk. No offer of help (nor did he offer to install the wipers). Not going to be treated like I'm invisible and get a dose of COVID on the side.

Was just in the Marquette store. My wife and I were treated very poorly. The counter person as very rude to us. We will not shop thare again.

Great Customer Service and friendly, knowledgeable staff who always go the extra mile. The manager Emmett goes above and beyond for my wheelchair bound husband, coming outside to his truck to talk to him and fill his order while he waits outside in his truck, delivering it to him back outside to his truck. He has assisted me in installing wiper blades and tail lights. We will never go anywhere else!
