I went this morning to have a battery switched out and was helped out big time by Patrick. He went above and beyond. There was one issue after another with my car terminal and he fixed everything. He was determined to get the battery in. I will always go to O'Reilly in Harvey. Thank you Patrick
I was having some car issues and this staff not only helped direct me where to go to find this or that, but actually helped me change my tire to my spare when I discovered I had a leak on the sidewall of one of my tires. Phoenix, Malachi, and Jason, and others manning the inside, I cannot thank this team enough for helping me in a tight spot. Truly speaks to the service, professionalism, and care they give to anyone who walks through their doors.
Cole was extremely helpful. Went in for a new headlight, Cole looked things over and fixed the existing light. When I went to leave, my battery was dead. He took the time to replace it for me in the the dark, 15 degree night. Employees were all very genuine as easy to work with. Definitely will use them again.
Malachi and Joy were absolutely amazing. We had a battery emergency about twenty minutes to close and when we came in they were incredible helping us get a new battery and making sure everything was A Ok before we left as we love farther out… the knowledge, patience and kindness was absolutely wonderful in a very hectic situation.. definitely the place to go with some amazing people..
I went to the Harvey O'Reilly's auto store last evening with my brake rotors to see if the could be turned. Pat checked them and said he could turn them. I left them to be turned. About an hour later I received a call saying they were done. He turned them very quickly and saved me considerable amount of money. I've gone there many times for parts and advice. They are both knowledgeable and friendly. If you need parts or help I'd recommend them.
A dead car battery the morning after a bomb cyclone blizzard isn't optimal, but Patrick at the Marquette O'Reilly Auto Parts store took care of the problem for us. His friendly, can do attitude along with his wealth of technical knowledge had the correct battery quickly and painlessly installed. What a great resource he is. Thank you, Patrick!
Eric was a really big help. Sometimes the smallest gestures can have the biggest impacts. I was having an issue with my starter and it was throwing sparks like crazy. He came out and while I didn’t get the issue solved that night I was able to figure it out in the morning because he pointed me in the right direction.
Today I went here for the first time to get some scratch and rust repair necessities. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in an auto or parts store. I knew what I needed going in and found the store to be well stocked, clean and organized; it was easy to find my items. The two gentleman working (I’m terrible at remembering names!) made sure I knew they were ready to help if I did need anything. They weren’t pushy or condescending, which is what I’ve always encountered at other auto parts stores. Both were friendly and very enjoyable to interact with while I was checking out. It’s employees like this that make a business great. This location will definitely be my go-to for anything car related from now on.
As tourists with a rapidly failing battery requiring multiple jump starts, we were thankful that O’Reilly had the exact battery needed for our hybrid vehicle. Although corporate policies understandably prohibited the manager leaving the store when alone , we were fortunate that Alyssa decided to come to work early that day. She promptly jumped to the task of replacing our battery, and within a short time our vacation disaster had been saved.

Phoenix saved the day for us today! Been struggling with the battery in my Subaru and as a mom of 4, we needed help. Phoenix got me the right battery and replaced it in the pouring rain, first thing in the morning. I didn’t catch his co-workers name but he was awesome too. Great experience. We’ll be using them for all our needs from now on.
We stopped at O’Reily auto parts for a tire leak patch kit. Jason happened to have a nail in his tire that morning and let us use his patch kit for free. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.
Back parking lot was nice and open after management quickly removed cars of people not even in the store. They also have great grass, nice to see them keeping it watered.
The staff is extremely helpful! They take the time to think about what will be needed to complete the project which has saved me many trips back and forth. On top of that, the prices are good. Pat has helped me figure out possible problems and solutions.
Pat was extremely helpful. He knew how to get me the best deal using discounts and was able to lend me some tools and offer a hand at replacing my truck battery. Took less than 10 minutes when it was all said and done. Great experience.
Great customer service…..the best! We were passing through on our boat, staying at the marina, and needed some supplies. Phoenix went way out of his way to help us. We would highly recommend them.
Great sales team at the counter ensuring I get the right part for the job so I don't have to make multiple trips. Am I right or what? Now I know sometimes part numbers get mixed up time and time again it seems at times, but they sure do go about getting the right part figured out when you do come in with a wrong part mix up. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products as well. Ans with being able to test my alt and starter as well, gave me a real peace of mind. Thanks guys I appreciate the help in getting these projects done. 😀
Very nice staff. Store very clean, but if you're looking to save money, then this is not the place to go. For example I bought a product there that cost me $16. & Menards sells the exact same product for $7.
They will help you and are friendly, Phoenix is the manager and he will cut you a deal whenever he can, legit tell him you are struggling and he will work up the best deal he can figure out for you. They also price match Walmart if the Marquette Walmart has the item in stock. Can’t beat it!!
Service at register was excellent! Wouldn't ask them to do anything up and beyond! I'm 63 years old (female) recovering from a broken knee cap and broken upper arm. Called ahead about parts and asked if they could install the air filter (I could do it myself if not for arm) they said absolutely no problem. Young man had no interest and had no idea how to do it. Will go to Marquette Automotive for any future purchases!!
Michelle helped me get my warrantied parts replaced, all parts were at the store. They let me change my alternator in their parking lot, and cody and jerry helped me with shop towels and getting my oil filter back on, also, they were able to help me get the air out of my power steering system and when we looked into getting a replacement, they could have it here in 1 day versus autozone who said next week some time
Amazing service. We had a trailer tire shear off with the bolts and studs. The staff was super amazing and extremely helpful. O'Reillys had every single thing we needed to replace the wheel hub assembly so that we could get back on the road home 6hrs away. Highly recommend!
