My husband and I I were traveling back home to Fargo N. Dakota. My windshield wiper came off and I couldn't get it back on. I went to O,Reilly and they graciously put it back on for me. Thank you so much!

This place is awesome!! We live downstate but spend the summers up there. Alternator went out on my car as we were driving into Marquette. We pulled into O'Reilly and they had the alternator and a fully stocked cart of tools to change it! My hubby and friend changed it in the parking lot. 🤣 Last summer, my gf and I met her daughter in town. She needed new wipers. Stopped again because of our great experience the first time. Bought the wipers and they put them on!! These guys rock!!!

Preston helped us out with my friend’s car and did such a great job. The battery was in a weird spot he hadn’t worked with before, but he didn’t back down. He was honest that he wasn't sure if he'd do the best, but he gave it a shot, figured it out, and got everything taken care of. He was also super friendly with a wonderful personality. It made what could have been a stressful situation, an almost pleasent outting (besides needing the battery in the first place) Just an overall delight to work with. Get this kid a raise!

this store is actually a 2.5 star store but it's reviews are being bombed by a FB group so it's rating is volatile anyways they sold me the wrong wipers for my truck I needed the ones for the 4WD version but they sold me the 2WD wipers. They also have expired steering wheel lubricant and used oil for sale.

Picked up a waterpump gasket for my 97 tacoma, they had it in stock, also picked up spark plugs for my electric lawnmower, looking forward to be contracted by them to cut this store's beautifully kept grass, spacious parking lot , able to maneuver my landscaping trailer,

These guys are top-notch & very helpful. I needed assistance getting my plate off a car I had that was totaled & Eric gladly helped me out. Today I went back to have my new car battery checked as the folks I bought it from said it could be a problem. I think it may have been Conner that helped me out - tested my battery & gave me some tips as well. This is so appreciated!!

My boyfriend and I were on vacation in the area were our two children. Our power steering pump and and serpentine belt blew on a Sunday afternoon on our 7 hour drive home. We were pretty much stuck on the side of the road with not many options. We went into the O’Rielly’s and Jerry was able to find all of the parts we needed to buy, he let us use the tool cart so my boyfriend could change it in the parking lot. Jerry was so professional, kind, and helpful. If it wasn’t for him we would have been stuck there for several more days. Thank you Jerry!!

I really wish I had gotten the CSR’s name tonight. They were beyond helpful, made sure I got the right product, and helped me replace my filter right in their parking lot. I was so impressed with their friendliness and help.
