Huge shoutout to Kris, the manager at AutoZone. They really went above and beyond to help me out. Kris took their time, walked me through everything, and helped me with my headlight without rushing or brushing me off. Super knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Customer service like this is rare these days. Definitely appreciate the help and will be coming back because of it. And they also took care of my dad the other day, which I really appreciate there was another guy in there. That was very nice also but I’m sorry I forgot his name.

I was in the store last week. It was my first time. An employee named Jeff help me. He was very kind and very helpful. I will definitely be back to this store thanks to Jeff. My battery was dead and I stopped in to have them replace it. Their staff had issues replacing it due to a corroded terminal. They diligently worked on it and managed to get it done and get me on my way!
Chris and Christa at Store 4332 were great at assisting me. I had no idea what I was doing looking for. They went beyond the call of duty to help me figure out the problem and even explained in detail how to resolve the issue. They were great. I really appreciated the time they took with me!

Christine at the 13/Harper store deserves a big shout out!! She happily replaced my burnt out tail light bulb (and we discovered I had two bulbs out) in very cold weather. She was not only helpful and friendly, but professional and a great attitude!! We need more people like this in the world!

The manager was very helpful and saved me money by letting me know the breaks I came in to buy were still under warranty I just needed to bring them in I can't remember his name but he knows ppl that I work with this is the AutoZone I shop at most sorry to hear this was the last week he's at this store
The older guy was a jerk for no reason I just asked a question he had a attitude he was rude for no reason because I looked different it's good il never shop here again so many other places with better costumer service. Can't believe how bad it got it use to be great and the workers were always friendly not anymore
Krysta G is amazing! She’s so helpful & nice, she really knows what she’s talking about and knows how to explain it in detail so you understand. She went above & beyond to not only make sure we understood what the diagnostic codes meant but also what we needed. As long as Krysta is working at this location, we will always return!
Very friendly and helpful service. I wish they still put oil in the car for you because I was headed out to an event but they did loan me a funnel so that was nice.
I want to thank Krysta on the team at this location , I came up to work on my vehicle and install some tie rods, ended up messing up and she came outside and practically zipped the car back together instantly and it rolls down the road amazing! Some people you just know they have picked the right field to be in and she’s one of these people. She rocks !!! Should up her pay by a lot 👍👍👍👍😎😎😎

Ryan did an awesome job helping me purchase a new car battery! He was extremely insightful and educated me on my vehicle and even gave a small discount to ease the blow of the price out of kindness. He was sympathetic and even helped carry the battery out to the car. I appreciate his hospitality and the entire staff as a whole and highly recommend this auto-zone location!

Had an amazing experience here after a long shift at work, dealing with a dead battery. Krista and Bryson both deserve a major pay raise. Along with being eager to help, they both used teamwork and dedication to install a new battery in my old and complicated car. Their customer service and helpful feedback was beyond my expectations. I could tell they both were really knowledgeable and ready to help. Will definitely be back if I have any problems in the future! :)
I wanted to take a pause and give a huge applause and thank you again to Daniel the manager. From the time i walked in the store I was greeted and helped. He went beyond the duty and pulled out my old battery and replaced it with the new one. Also, it got colder and windy outside.
