George’s Auto Parts offers kind and professional service. I’m so happy I stopped in to pick up wiper blades and brakes. I felt the pricing was competitive to other auto parts stores.
I am new to the area and not what you would call a gearhead. I needed to replace a custom brake hose and after making the mistake of trying to have the big name part store match the part a few times I found George’s. I went in on Wednesday morning left it and they had the correct matching part the next day. They saved my dream cruise weekend and will be back for all my needs. Thanks fellas!
Great place, great customer service. Counter guy asked if I wanted him to change my wiper blade (rear), I said I think I can handle it, he did it anyway (under 10 seconds) and I would of had to Youtube it. Thank You Georges.
Made the mistake of going to AutoZone first. Had been to Georges before and had a good experience. We were looking for license plate screws for a vehicle we bought and screws from another vehicle weren't fitting.
AutoZone guy felt almost too busy to really help and told us the license plate screws didn't differ between vehicles. I was skeptical of this as the screws from our Uplander most certainly did not fit the Honda Odyssey. AutoZone guy essential shrugged us off and away we went.
Georges had a gentleman who came directly to us, not only did he come over to help within seconds of explanation he knew the screws likely had a different thread.
He grabbed the two screws we needed, grabbed a screwdriver, and installed them for us without asking and then charged a few bucks for the parts. Just felt like a complete service experience and I was very happy. Definitely give this place a go first instead of heading to the big chain!
Very cool auto parts. a gold nugget in the community, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!! Been over a year since I've been there looking forward to today's visit for my annual motorcycle oil change supplies! They sell a hard to find oil,and their open on Sundays!!👍
I had almost a 3 hour trip home and my accessory/cigarette fuse went bad. Dan helped figure out what fuse and replaced it on sight! He was extremely helpful and I was able to charge my phone going home! Thank you for your help!! I always suggest George’s because they always go beyond to help!
Super great experience, we had a flat coming back from Mackinac Island they fixed it in about 10 minutes for us and we were on our way! Very friendly great customer service!
I needed a battery. They had the best battery at a fair price and they installed it the right way. I'm glad I went here and gave my business to a local independent rather than work with an uncaring national chain.
Been going to George's for years I was lied to by george and his employee about the time they were open till and got treated poorly by George so went to United auto parts got way better Services and was able to get what I needed done 20 dollars cheaper and within a hour. Will never go back to George again
Called 6 places on this very cold day and George's Auto Parts was the only one that could install a battery RIGHT NOW because I had just had my car jumped and needed to get to work--no hours-long wait, no "it's too cold." The staff were fast, friendly, and honest, and my husband and I both were pleasantly surprised at the price. There were several other customers, and we all received prompt service. When I got to work, a coworker asked where I'd gotten my battery installed, and I was happy to share George's info. Definitely recommended!
You actually do not feel like an inconvenience to be waited on. They look up what you want in the BOOK.and presto.. whalah in seconds not minutes off they go and get the part (s) unlike waiting forever at blurrays or autoprone and then they have all kinds of trouble just looking up part.....and if you hit it real lucky they bring the cheapo one..im not putting el cheapo stuff in especially when it took 3 hours to get to the part.. no thanks I prefer ONE or better. GEORGE'S has what I want (but that's just me )
We need to come here from time to time and my husband and I are always happy with the staff and their knowledge. They are helpful with troubleshooting questions. We love that we can support a small business in our town.
They always go the extra mile to help you out. I needed some gas line hose when I replaced a gas tank, didn't know how much I'd need, and they recommended that I cut off what I need back home and bring the rest back. That way, I didn't have to pay for too much. They've helped me numerous other times, too. I buy all of my parts there that I can. They're good people. (They also put my wife's wiper blades on for her...)
