Update from 2 yrs ago. Same scenario. Not enough help. 20-30min wait to purchase anything. I recommend location at Little Mack/Masonic. More employees and more willing to help customers.

I could have been killed. I bought 2 new rear calipers for my 2010 Town and Country. When the calipers failed, instead of refunding my money, they became unable and unwilling to help. No refunds or apologies were offered. After digging thru my files i found the receipt. Then they changed their story and said the calipers weren't the same ones that i had just purchased. They called me a liar, even with my receipt. No apologies were given for the fact that I could have been kilked. Dont trust them. Update: several weeks have gone by and still no apology. Orielys did however take the time to send their salesman out to my place of work to slander me to my boss. This is not a good look guys. Still hoping you see the error in your ways.

I had my car battery replaced with help from Nadine, she was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I was denied by several competitor locations to replace my battery and she picked up the phone and offered to inspect my battery and alternator without hesitation. Due to the above and beyond service that Nadine provided, I will return for my auto parts needs to this location. We completed the battery replacement in less than 20 minutes in record time. The staff were very attentive and helpful at this location.

Shoutout to Jayson at O’Reilly Auto Parts! Jayson went above and beyond helping me install a new battery. He was extremely patient, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process—he clearly has customer service mastered. The store itself is in a great location with ample parking, which made the visit even easier. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back. Thanks again, Jayson—well done! 👏

Excellent service! My car had a difficult battery to replace and they had to take a lot of stuff out and put it back in and they did it in 34° weather today and they were amazing!

Last night at around 9:15 pm I had a blowout that tore a hole in my tire. I panicked and drove to O'Reilly's at Harper and Little Mack. I couldn't call my husband because he was home with the children. The 2 workers at O'Reilly's calmed me down and mounted my spare FREE of charge. Who does that? I am so grateful for their kindness and that they were still open. I thanked God for watching over me and those 2 young men. BTW a few weeks ago I bought brake rotors from O'Reilly's and the lady who was working was so knowledgeable and kind. Two visits to O'Reilly's and they've gained a permanent customer.

I like this place. Good customer service. Most of the time I get parts I needed, than any other auto parts stores. That i look online if they have it in stock. So this one works out for me and I always come to this one.

I am a senior citizen and needed windshield wiper fluid and a squeegee. Hope was so kind to me. Not only greeted me but helped me find what I needed. She also added the fluid to my car. Thank you Hope, you made my day.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jayson at the parts counter. I came in for a blower motor for my Silverado, and instead of just handing me the “standard” part that didn’t fit, he went the extra mile. Jayson actually pulled up my old part, cross-referenced numbers, searched online, and tracked down the exact unit that matched my truck, even though it didn’t come up under my model at first. Because of his effort, the new motor fit perfectly and saved me from hours of frustration. It’s rare these days to find someone willing to dig deeper and really help the customer, but Jayson did exactly that. Friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting it right, he turned what had been a headache into a win. Thanks again, Jayson, you’ve definitely earned my business for the future!

Staff was rude and insulting. Misunderstood a conversation between 2 patrons about new legislation, and got nasty and ignorant. Will not ship here again.

I would like to compliment Jason who works at the Martin and Harper store. Very very nice young man highly recommend him. I have an issue with my sensor that needs to be fixed and but he was so polite and it still needs to be fixed but he did try to adjust something in the trunk but and the trunk is closed it's not going anywhere but there is a sensor issue but he was very very sweet he is a good asset to your place

Just wanted to shout out to Nadine, she couldn’t have been more helpful, and courteous. Helped with wiper blades and battery replacement for a riding lawnmower. Walked in blind, and she was so helpful, and she solved the problem of why the lawnmower wouldn’t start.

I’m writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received at the O’Reilly’s auto parts location. I want to specifically mention Patti Johnson, who truly understands the importance of providing not only excellent customer service but also basic humanity skills that should be taught to everyone in a retail setting. From my perspective, Patti’s attention to detail was truly commendable. She remembered my loyalty number, which I had forgotten, and even went as far as to provide me with a paper towel in case I spilled any fuel additive as I filled up my diesel vehicle today. I know this isn’t explicitly taught by the company, but I can confidently say that if I were the owner of O’Reilly, I would have Patti as my top priority. Her genuine understanding of customer needs and her commitment to providing exceptional service are truly commendable. I want to thank Patti again for her outstanding work and look forward to seeing her again at the next visit.

Don was super rude, brought in a battery to test the charge & waited around as he argued with the guy in front of me. He asked a question about the battery & I told him it was a marine battery and he acted like I was stupid for answering HIS question.**not to mention the sheer annoyance of me even being there in the first place**

I never have issues when I go into this store, EXCEPT when that one lady is working in the mornings, she is SO rude every time, it's like I'm bothering her to look up parts for my truck. I'm never rude, I always politely ask for what I need and sometimes I even know the part numbers, and she still has an attitude. Never had any issue with anyone else who worked there but her. Please do something about her, O'Reillys!

I had to put oil in my car in the parking lot before I picked up my son at 330. My car isn't the greatest right now but it's getting my son to school. I didn't have my wallet. I bought the oil from here. My son's dad used to go there all the time and he passed away in January. I thought I could go inside and ask if they had a funnel, a paper one maybe I can put the transmission fluid in as well that I bought from this store. I was very polite and asked the woman and called her ma am. She was so rude and said No, I do for 1.25$. I asked if I can use the plastic one they let people use sometimes and she immediately took her phone out started sticking up like she wanted to record me. I don't even know why. I wasn't rude or bossy. I don't understand why she tried being so cruel. But I feel like she discriminate against me for the color of my skin. I feel like she judge me because I was white.

i actually love this oreillys they always give me great service and are so helpful, although today at 2:30 i went in there for a locking lug nut key, i asked the lady if they had some lug nuts that i wanted and she said yes and i told her i was gonna go look around to see if they had a locking lug nut, i came to the conclusion that they didn’t have it, i then went to leave the store and told the lady that was helping me to have a nice day and she proceeded to say “are you gonna pay for that stuff” and i said no i’m not gonna get it and she said “well next time let somebody know before you decide you don’t want something because i had to go all the way back to get it” i don’t know if this lady was having a bad day or something but this lady was just rude and gave me terrible service.

Went to purchase air filters for my vehicles. After first getting the info for the cabin filters, went to back wall and came back to register with only one filter as the other was not there. Clerk had to go in back to find one. Then I decided to purchase engine filters. I was chided and told it would have been much more efficient had I told her the first time. Am I the only shopper who thinks of buying something additional while shopping? Sent back to wall with part numbers, again came back with only one. Maybe its not efficient telling customers to go look for products that aren't there? I try to support local business, but will shop Amazon next time and avoid any lip service.

Purchased a crankshaft sensor and two coil pack banks (1&2). Mechanic used crankshaft sensor and discovered that was the problem. Never even took boxes out of the bag, let alone the other two parts out of their boxes. Go to return parts and manager declares the one is used. Explained that the part was not in its correct location when we purchased it and both workers were looking for it. It was located on an upper shelf . The workers did not open boxes on sale . Neither did we because I've never had an issue and quite honestly I would not have known what it would look like anyway . They refuse to take responsibility for selling me a used part to begin with ! They could review cameras to verify my story but won't. Will take my business elsewhere regardless of price .

Love this store, I am an O'Reilly's fan but this store and employees really treat you nice and respectful, unlike other stores where the people don't have any personalities or just plan hate life and or there job. Michelle is awesome and goes out of her way to make my son feel special as well and sneaks him candy from time to time, she just makes a bad day (car issue) seem a little better and the world could use more Michelle"s that's for sure. The other employees are great to and you can tell the camaraderie here and how they help each other at a whim. Great place and My New go to store! Thank You Michelle and team! Timmy says Hello....

I went in to get a brake light replacement bulb and Issac was super helpful. I asked about a tool to remove the bolts that were holding the light in place and Issac came outside to see what I needed. Then he found the right tool, got the bolt off, replaced the bulb and put everything back together for me! Issac made sure everything was working correctly and safely secured. Awesome service!

They have very poor communication skills amongst each other. We need our parts delivered in a timely fashion! When you tell us it will be delivered that day and you call up there they say it will be delivered tomorrow, or the best one is, it didn't get ordered sry. We as technician need to be on the same page as our parts supplier. We cannot tell customer sry you can't have your car back today because your part didn't get drop off. Get it together your ship is sinking!

They had a lot of auto products there, and the sales person was very polite. However, there were two people there at the time and their lack of pooled knowledge was disappointing. I was able to find only one of the items I was looking for with their assistance. Later, in speaking to a friend, her assured me that they normally carry all the products u was looking for. Unfortunately for them, I ended up going to another store which held a knowledgeable salesperson/cashier, and every product I was wanting to purchase.

I've gone there for years and have had good experiences. If they don't have the part I need at the store, they usually can get it in a couple hours from the local warehouse or store. Recently, though, I've found their parts prices can be very high compared to online and other stores, so make sure to shop around to make sure you're getting the best price.
