I took in 6 batteries to get rid of that needed recondididn't dwelt along with battery charger?And three drills that worked. Just wanted to get rid of them.
They offered no discounts, no coupons, not even a thank you.
Next time I'll just drop them off at lowe's.
I'm honestly kind of speechless about the generosity of this place and the people from this establishment. I was completely caught off guard with the help I received from these guys today and has definitely turned me into a lifelong customer at this point.

They had the battery everybody else said, "we'll have to order that."
The price was in line with comparable batteries. The warranty on the unit I bought was 5 years.
They DID NOT charge a core fee, but told me to bring in the dead battery "when I could."
Great experience for buying a battery.

Every time that I’ve went to Battery Wholesale in Adrian, Mi I have been impressed. One time my three little Granddaughters were here visiting Papa and Nana. They wanted to ride their Power Wheels car, but it would not run. I took the battery out and took it to Battery Wholesale. The guys put it on the charger and the battery was no good. They had a replacement battery, I took it home installed it into the Power Wheels Dune Buggy and Papa was the hero of the day for those three little girls.
They were amazing and super quick. All other places denied me because of my car type but they took it like any other car and had no hesitation, they knew exactly what to do 😊
I needed batteries for moms scooter quickly. Paul and Lee were incredibly helpful during and after the sale. The batteries were in the store, we didn't have to order them. Lee installed the batteries in the case immediately and Paul was there for technical assistance. The following day I had a concern. I called, Paul was able to completely relieve my concerns. A great experience in a stressful time. AND a very reasonable price. Thank you!!
Usually fast and easy service. Reasonable products and quality assurance. Reason for the 2/5 star review is that the manager on site today was rude, short, and unprofessional towards my mother. The junior employee was a nice guy and did a solid job.
Terrible place to get a battery. Seemed like a decent place even though the prices really weren't any different than any other store. I was using my dad's credit card and they told me if I could get him on the phone to verify the card they would do it so I did, then the guy became a complete ass and pulled the battery. I get it but they never should of told me they would do it if I got my dad on the phone. They left me and my 3 kid's stranded.
