Customer Service A+ -- I was very impressed with the customer service and work they did on my son's car at a very stressful time. He was stranded at college right before he was supposed to come home for Thanksgiving break. He didn't know where to go but ended up getting his car towed to Brakes-N-More 1/2 hour before they closed. They took the time to look at it and even gave him a ride back to his dorm! The next day they fixed the problem, picked him up to bring him back, and he was finally on his way to come home before it got dark with bad weather. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my son during a stressful time and fixing his car so fast and at a good price. He now has a place he trusts and so do I. This place is top notch!
Rosanne was excellent to work with on a recent claim. The business is clearly a small operation that takes customer service seriously and puts in the extra effort. Communication was clear, everything was handled quickly, and nothing was missed. Really appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process.
Very satisfied with my service at Brakes-N-More. I've been to a few shops who have talked to me like I was stupid and tried taking advantage of me for not knowing about cars. Brakes-N-More staff seem like a family, and the 15 minutes I sat there waiting for my ride I saw them joke around and have fun. I love seeing people who seem to enjoy their workplace. When I originally called to schedule my appointment they told me I could expect to pay about 350. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call to pick up my car, and the total came to 299! They easily could have over charged me like has happened to me many times at other car shops. But the staff here was honest and dependable, I will absolutely be bringing my car back here for any services I may need. Thank you so much Brakes-N-More for the honest and quick service :) it is rare these days, I Will absolutely be spreading the word

I was traveling through town and had a friend who recommended them after my vehicle developed a minor problem. They were scheduled up, but were willing to fit me in to look at the car. I had all the rotors brakes and calipers replaced this past Saturday The pricing was decent and the wait was not too bad. Now my 2016 Chey Cruise is very quiet all in all I'm happy with there work I would recommend them
Whenever I need work on my Jeep, I always and will always take my Jeep here. The people in the office are very professional and treat their customers with dignity and respect. Super happy with there customer service, went in for alignment but unfortunately with the extra parts that i didnt know where bad they were able to call and give a heads up before cutting any tape in a box of parts, gave me a parts list of what i needed and everything for the time behing, great place and will definitely be back once get things situated!
Been taking all my vehicles for over 20 years always had great service, repairs have always been done correctly. And they stand behind there work I have a fleet of 5 Van's and 2 other vehicles.
Service is always top rate! They have taken care of all my vehicles for years! Busy place so sometimes you need to wait to get in! Appointment is needed! They have always tried to be accommodating.
I went there with 4 issues and they said they fixed two of them couldn’t find one issue and didn’t even look at the fourth. I took it back after one of the things they said they fixed wasn’t. I was in and out of there 6 different times and literally had to stand over the owners shoulder for him to find out what was really going on. Then they tried to charge me more! Worse yet I’m still having issues with it! Never waste your money going to these clowns they don’t know what they are doing!!!
Great people and very honest! They will fix your car right. They also have a towing service to come get you vehicle if need be! They do all of my auto services!
