I was stuck in a bad spot on a VERY busy backroad hill and Mr. Josh saved my butt and honestly went to bat for me against my insurance company who had me waiting for a "registered provider" to be available to help me. He literally took care of business for me and got them to play ball. Thank you Mr. Josh for turning a bad time into a better one! Don't stop being awesome?

I just got my car out of there and bad ppl went through my stuff and stole my money and they blame on the police I would not recommend that place if you don't want your stuff stolen no wonder why they have a sign saying they're not responsible for theft or missing shit they rob me plus they stole my cologne i had 3 in the car can't trust these ppl at all and they have the audacity to get mad at me when I confronted them $3500 cash gone valuable stuff gone
My husband got stranded 5 minutes from our house and they were so fast, they had our car towed home and my husband back to our house within an hour from the time we called in. Friendly, reliable, fast service. We had a flat tire on the highway very early in the morning and affordable towing and auto repair came out promptly and put my spare tire on for me so I could get to work.

This shop tried to charge me $2,500 for a new timing kit, claiming my engine had timing issues. I didn’t trust them, so I had the car towed to my family’s mechanic for a second opinion — and thank God I did. Turns out, the issue wasn’t the timing at all. The oil was extremely low and black — they conveniently failed to mention this until the moment I came to pay and tow it elsewhere. My mechanic changed the oil and suddenly the “timing issue” they claimed was magically gone.
It gets worse:
When I got the car back, the battery was completely drained because they left a dome light on.
The fuel pump fuse was missing from the trunk fuse box — how does that even happen unless someone is messing around back there?
And right after leaving the mechanic, I noticed smoke pouring from under my hood — coolant was leaking out of the overflow hose directly onto my engine block. This was NEVER an issue before I brought it to them.
I have zero doubt that this shop either misdiagnosed my car badly or tried to scam me out of thousands of dollars. Either way, it’s incompetence at best and shady business at worst. They caused multiple new issues with my vehicle that weren’t there before. I wouldn't trust them to work on a bicycle.
Avoid this place at all costs.
Affordable Towing did a great job for us! We are from out of town and had to schedule two tow trucks. They were prompt and had great communication throughout the process. Jacob and Eli were friendly, very competent and professional. We highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Affordable Towing. They've helped my son multiple times and they're honest and transparent about the issues with vehicles. They do great work and they are very fair and reasonable. Still some amazing shops over on the "automotive mile" ?? on Treat St in Adrian.
Garbage place. Front desk women looked at me like I had 3 heads and said nothing when I came in. They acted like god forbid someone comes in with auto repair needs. Stranded out of town. Regardless of your ability to fit someone in, you don’t need to treat them like imbeciles
These guys are awesome extremely friendly and get the job done! My suv break locked up the young man who came to pick it up was such a kind soul and no matter how much of a pain my suv was he didnt give up. Thank you so much it wasnt super expensive
They told us they would get us in friday, since we picked our car up with the SAME problems prior day after paying $600. No communication ever, we always had to call and then call again. We had to pick up because i don’t know anybody who can just let their car sit untouched for continuous days.
Earlier in the year is literally a week ago. Must be confusing customers because definitely never remembered or kept things in order with us.

I called got an appointment very easy. Dropped my car off they called within 2 hours said I needed the back breaks and the rest of my car was good to go! Had that done much faster than other shops. Very nice staff, and their name is not a lie, it was very affordable. Very much would recommend!
Been going to affordable for years.. my dad did before me.
But they have really honed in over the years providing great service. Dropped my truck off Tuesday with a lot of labor work to be done. (With an appointment) and they got my truck out by Thursday morning. The mechanic did great… really smart guy.

I highly recommend them! AAA left my 74 year old mother stranded in the cold with a 4 year old car that would not run in 30 degree weather! After waiting 5 1/2 hours for AAA I called Affordable Towing and Jared was right there within an hour from calling them. Great price and Jared was so kind to my mother. He quickly got her car on the tow bed and put her at ease.
I will definitely keep them in my phone for any time I need a tow truck! All around great people!!
I had such a great experience with Affordable Towing. Took my truck there to get my transmission replaced. They had great communication throughout the whole process, completed the job quickly and for a good price. They definitely have all of my future business.

Very happy with the towing service I received today. We got an all terrain fork lift stuck and Affordable was there less than 1 hours after contacting them. I was very please with the price as well.
Very disappointed in service. The office ladies were rude when I was telling them about the repair not being done correctly. Not having my car back 2 days from having the a/c unit replaced, which the mechanic told me by the sound it made, is what it needed, the noise was still there, and the air was not cold. They did another inspection and tried telling me that it was another problem and not what they did. After I got my car back again, I had a vac hose come off due to them not tightening things back down. They didn't put a nut back on my engine mount, which was found in the air duct, and didn't even put the dust caps on the a/c lines which I have pictures of all of this. I would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced by them.

Used google search to look for a towing company in Adrian near Siena Heights University. They came up and had good reviews, so I called them. I will have to agree with all the good reviews. They were amazing! Very friendly, kind, professional and timeline was great. I was calling from Grand Rapids for my daughter who attends SHU and needed help. Trying to coordinate from a distance had me very nervous, but this company took all that worry away. From the very nice woman who answered the phone and coordinated the help to the gentleman that arrived to help my daughter. Seamless and worry free. Appreciate you and your company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Can’t thank Affordable Towing enough for helping my son who is not from the area. They towed his vehicle, and assisted him in finding a motel to stay the night. Then, they called to let us know he was all right. Very kind and thoughtful. Good people.

Not a parts mill. If you don't need it, they will not sell it. Could have duped me big time more than once but always sold exactly what I needed and no more.
Honesty, economical price for quality and friendly service have resulted in the growth I've noticed at this shop since it opened, and undoubtedly will continue.
