These guys just saved my arse! I called them at 5:54 pm for a gasket for my truck. They actually answered, even though they close at 1800. The guy who answered ran my part search in about 37 seconds, and when I said “I’m on the way, about 10 minutes out.” He didn’t bat an eyelash and was cool. Really, it let me get my truck back together tonight, so I can make it to work tomorrow. Thanks for making me not having to hear it from my Boss tomorrow, if I didn’t make it to the job, or at home from my wife if I had to wait till tomorrow to make my truck run. God Bless y’all. - Bill

My windshield wiper blew off my car during a storm. Stop there for a new wiper. The young man was very nice and helpful. He came out in the rain and put on my new wiper

local, small town auto parts store. friendly service and large availability of parts/products. my employer (a local farmer) also uses them as they are able to get some of the harder to find parts we need for the older trucks.

My "Go To" for auto parts. Compared to any other brick and mortar store, this store is absolutely head and shoulders above the rest. Knowledgeable staff, great customer service, and true car guys behind the counter. The store is kind of a throw back to when the auto parts was the place to get your parts AND questions answered. Classic or modern, they're always helpful. Even if a given part might be a couple of bucks cheaper down the road, I support Dodge and Sons Napa with my purchases because of their great customer service. They've been around a long time and I hope that continues.
