Had to go there on Labor, had been there 3 times the day before and worked with Andrew who was great. On Labor Day Andrew wasn't going to be there till afternoon, Billy helped me. When he brought out part he thought might be right I asked him how much it was. He gave me this look and said in a rude tone, I will tell you when I find out if this is the right part. I looked at him and said in a tone ok, did I do something wrong? No just want to find out. I dont like to be talked to that way. Just because I am a woman he thinks I know nothing. I have been working on cars with my husband for 40 yrs. Just because he has to work on a holiday, he doesn't have to be rude. I always go to O'Reilly, but now might reconsider. I like Andrew, but Billy needs to learn about customer service.
These guys are always amazing and do good at service. They are always friendly to me and I have nothing but nice things to say about everyone works there. As soon as I walk in, they always ask me if I need any help finding anything and are always willing to help. Thank you to each and every one of you. It means a lot to me how nice all of you are. And how well all of you care for your customers?
I called and told him I was going to be there to pick up parts. I said that might be cutting it close but I'll be there. The guy I talked to said okay, I got here 8:03. Locked and gone. At least Dodge & sons or Autozone would have stayed there until I got there a few minutes. Not here locked and gone.
I've always had a great experience, and able to get all the parts to repair my own vehicles.
However, this last time, I was carring two brake rotors out to my truck, when I noticed that the inside door opens to the inside, which all egrees doors are supposed to open to the outside, while trying to open the door one of boxes of brake rotors fell out of my hands and landed right on my right foot and big toe. If the doors opened in the right direction this would have never happened. So, please be very careful at this location when leaving and carring heavy objects.
Knowledgeable staff helped me find the correct part on a Sunday & even though they didn't have it in stock, a driver from Belleville brought the parts by 5 pm. They called & informed me the part was there. Thanks, guys!
Typical chain auto parts store. I didn’t need help from the staff. I was shopping for lug nuts. I was disappointed in the fact that the application book they had was for a brand of lug nuts that they didn’t sell. I knew what I needed yet might be confusing for someone that needed the info on the brand they were selling.
We paid for NEW wipers blades and the person helped me was Zach. He was very nice, professional and helped me put our new blades on the vehicle. Because I can’t do it due to only having one arm and a disabled. It’s nice to see places where they are willing to help others that don’t know how to do things like changing wipes blades. Zach also change the phone number for us on the card. It’s nice seeing companies who take care of employees and customers.

Andrew, the manager. Doesn’t know a thing about anything. Asked him to simply look up a trailer relay for my truck and couldn’t be less helpful. A 30 second google search and I found the part I needed and ordered from Autozone. Thanks for giving it 0 effort. Eat another cheese burger
They usually have what I need if not they can order it. Prices are not bad on what I need. Just wish sometimes there was someone in there that nose a little about vehicles.
The manager guy was great, the big dude at the register was rude and acted like he didn't see us when we walked up. Flat out ignored us, otherwise they'd have 5stars from the managers customer service.
Horrible customer service. I was trying to take back a part that was clearly defective and just want my money back to get a different brand but it took a lot of fighting with the salesman. He tried to act like he knew things but he kept contradicting himself. Worst experience I've ever had. Go to NAPA instead.
Great knowledgeable staff that is more than willing to help you. Unlike other big auto parts stores, they are NOT keyboard computer mechanics. They actually know what they are talking about! Their parts may be a few dollars more but with lifetime warranty's, and their input, it is worth it.
