Absolutely love the service here! Highly recommend to everyone I know! They always take such good care of my family’s vehicles and properly diagnose my issues. Very friendly and personable. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and will never go anywhere else. So nice to have a place that I can trust with all of my car repairs!!

Brought my car in thinking I’d need a new motor. They called and said it would be much simpler, around $1000. Another call later saying only $390. It was simpler than they thought, very honest people who did a great job and made my day much better! Highly recommend.

Quick appointment and extremely fast repair. Took car in for a Purge Valve issue, Tune up and Exhaust noise (rattle). Brought it in and got it back the next day!
Very impressed, all issues resolved.

We can't say enough good things about this place.... We found them because we purchased a van from a private owner who lived in Michigan - we live in NJ. The Seller mentioned that the check engine light was on and, in a video he showed us, we saw that the sensor lights just flashed on and off when the vehicle was turned on. This had been happening ever since the installation of a new front bumper. Their Ford dealer thought it had to do with the installation of the front bumper, but they didn't have any ideas. The company who installed the bumper couldn't figure out the issue. The bumper company simply said there shouldn't be any problems with their bumpers. Nick and his crew were able to figure out the problem and fix the sensors. We purchased the vehicle, and, wouldn't you know it, as soon as we handed the seller the check, and he gave us the title, the check engine light went on. The Seller called Nick who told us to come right over. When we got there, we were surprised by the size of the shop and the number of cars they were working on. Impressive facility. Nick assured us, because it was a different code that came up, that this issue was unrelated to the one he had fixed. It was near closing time, but Nick, knowing we were from out of town and trying to get back to NJ, stayed late to work on resolving the problem. To make sure his thinking and diagnosis was correct, he told us to come in the next morning 1t 7:30. They open at 8 am. The next morning, the check engine light was still off, but Nick and his head mechanic, Chris spent 40 minutes checking, rechecking, and explaining what they believed had happened. They were super nice, and very reassuring. They also gave us some thoughts, if it did come on again, what the issues might be. There was no charge. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this shop, Nick and Chris. It was very obvious that they know cars. They were overly fair, and very nice. If I lived here this is where I would take my car.

The only place I'll take my vehicles. They talk with you first before making any repairs so you know exactly what's happening and where your money is going. Very reasonable prices, very kind people. I am so thankful for them!

Got my drift car aligned there, Carter was very professional tech to work with and personally made sure it was within spec of what i wanted. Will definitely be a returning customer

My old Jeep was in bad shape. I feel bad for neglecting it for so long. A.C.E. is intimately familiar with my year and make and knew exactly what was required to get me safely back up and running. Unlike other shops I experienced, they did not sneak in unnecessary work or repairs, saving me time and money. Now my Jeep is running like new. It's fun to drive again, and there are no puddles of fluid in my parking space anymore! Thank you to all the techs who helped me out.

They'll fix things without contacting you or your consent, not once but twice. Then proceed to tell you you're in the wrong. This is how they left our engine wire harness after a so-called fix of a bad wire. Left the harness all exposed, leaving the bad wire in the harness. Didn't even try to follow the harness when running the new wire. Just went every which way they could to get to the plug.

Auto Care Excellence really took care of me! I called this morning to get a quote on a serpentine belt replacement and to my surprise, they were able to get me in right away. The price was extremely reasonable and they had me back on the road within 2.5 hours of dropping the vehicle off. Other shops in the area quoted me more, with a schedule time of 2 weeks out. These guys really saved me and were super kind. Thank you again! 10/10 recommend!

Had a family member in a bad spot in life and a busted car. She took in and we explained the situation and circumstances and they went above and beyond to get her back on the road. There was plenty of opportunity to make a long list of repairs and make money but they worked with us to get the items that needed to be fixed done and a plan for the rest. She is very grateful for their excellent service and help.

Fast work! They were able to fit my daughter's car into the schedule. Her car overheated on the way to work. We were able to get the car in before 10am Friday. We had it back by Monday 11am. Highly recommend!

This is the second time my family has used Auto Care Excellence. First my dad and now me. From your first encounter of a phone call you are greeted with top of the line customer service and support. When I walked into the business to drop my car off I overheard the end of a phone call that basically stated that for Auto Care Excellence they offer affordable prices compared to dealerships because they know how important it is for their customers to have working cars. Right then and there I knew I was in trustworthy hands.

I got in so fast. My brakes and spark plugs were repaired within less than a day. The price was very fair and reasonable. They even checking my serpentine belt just because I wanted to know how it looked.

I would recommend this place to anyone in surrounding Sparta area. I drove from Greenville and it was well worth it. Knowing you can get reliable, trustworthy and affordable car repairs is a rarity. Thanks so much for the work.

Highly recommend, quoted better than anywhere in sparta! They let me call and update me on my car even if I felt I was annoying! I will definitely be going back for the other things that need to be fixed on my car! Nick did so well.

At the time of my review, recent reviews below me mention something about a dashcam video and damage to a customer vehicle. Autocare Excellence reached out to the parties involved and offered to make it right, which the prior reviews fail to mention. We are human we all make mistakes. I have been a faithful customer for around 4 years now and Autocare Excellence is the only place I will take any of my vehicles to be serviced. I have never had a problem with any of their mechanics or their service.
If there is an issue or something’s still not right they say bring it back and will work with you to get it right. More than that they are honest and a local family ran company. You have the dad, his children, their longtime family friends and then their customers. It’s a different feeling when they greet their customers and talk with them. They treat customers like friends and sometimes they are good friends. They won’t sugar coat things, they will tell you how it is and they will even tell you if you can do the repair yourself and what it entails. That is something I really value and respect.

Drivers and these guy’s know how to work on classic vehicles. Shoot the owner has a bunch of awesome classic cars and all you have to do is look at the cars they’re working on to see they are known for it, corvette, Camaro, mustang, drift car, or mud truck? Yeah you will be welcome here. Nic is a great guy and his family are some of the nicest people. Can’t say enough good things about their businesses and services they provide. Bottom line: You would be a fool to go anywhere else. Thank you Nic and family for all the help and care you have given me and my family!

Easily best shop I'm the area. Best shop I have ever worked with in my life. I bring all my vehicles here along with my race vehicles. Only shop I trust to great my vehicles with care. They stand by thier work and are the most honest shop I have ever worked with. Wish I could give a million stars.

I first called the shop to get my AC fixed, that was on a Monday. They called me back and diagnosed the problem as an AC compressor issue. I asked how much we’re looking at, I was told $500-$600. I said ok, and agreed, they also waived the diagnostic fee so I could drive my car Tuesday (I’m a on the road sales rep everyday), they couldn’t get the part in they needed till Wednesday anyways. Anyhow, Wednesday gets here, the lady calls and says my car is all done, and that she’s ready for me to pay over the phone, I’m alright with that, so I oblige. I picked my car up later on that day and find an invoice for $1100! Quite the surprise, to say the least. I understood the charges, my AC does work great now, but it didn’t sit well with me even a few days later now. In all honesty I kind of feel like I wasn’t given the opportunity to check if I could get a better price anywhere else and check quotes at other repair shops. Between the waiver diagnostic fee, and underquoting me costs, I felt like this would be a solid deal. I think ultimately better communication would of been appropriate. Obviously I can ask more and more questions, but there’s responsibility and precedent via other repair shops I’ve don’t business with to be upfront and honest about costs. Again, the AC does work great.

I love this place. Finding a good mechanic nowadays is tough and these guys are it. Twice now I have called for absolutely last minute fixes and both times they have gotten me in the same day or next day. Now with last minute fixes come last minute prices.... Usually. But not here, both times I expected a heavy bill and rightfully so I asked for a last minute repair. But both times I got extremely reasonable bills! If you need work done this is the place to go!

Was recommended Auto Care Excellence, by my friend's aunt because I was looking for a mechanic I could trust, and return to for future repairs. This place is great. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional, including their receptionist, who walked me through what I needed and what they could do for me with my budget. Huge warehouse/garage, fast and quality work. Would definitely recommend

I just had the pleasure of dealing with them. I had an extreme emergency. Starter went out on my f350. I'm moving, at the time I only had 4 days left at my house. Really needed the truck fixed, because that's how I'm pulling my new home. I explained this to them, and they told to bring it right in. Got it back to me the next day. Everyone else had me a week and a half out. They were/ are busy also, but went above and beyond. Also a good price. They now have a new loyal customer..

I brought my car here after some work by another mechanic that had me feeling uneasy. Nick was great; he confirmed my suspicions and fixed the problem with good parts and at a great price. Seems very knowledgeable and very honest. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

I've been taking my cavalier here for 5+ years.. always honest customer service. Prices are compatible to corporate shops. These plays wants to help you and understand what it is to have hardships. They will work with you so you can just relax and release the tension. All respectable employees. Replaced power steering pump 3 different times for wrx but it worked on the last go.. alway the place to go if you need someone you can trust to good job.

Didn't even know this place was there until I was told by someone. Out of a job right now and money is very tight and needed a cheap good used tire. I was helped instantly, used tire found and balanced very fast and all for $40 , but gave me the option to trade in a used radiator and then only charged me $30. What a treat place and group of people. Will always go back to them! Will recommend their shop to everyone. Great place! Thanks guys!

These guys are absolutely top notch their name says it auto car excellence and that is what they are excellent. We took our caravan to bel air auto and they wanted 250 dollars to only diagnose the problem then wanted to charge to make the actual repairs. Auto care excellence diagnosed and repaired our vehicle for under 200 dollars and they were fast as well. So if you want great customer service reasonable prices and great work then take your vehicle to these guys they will treat you well and get the job done without breaking the bank. They have gained a loyal customer.

Jeff at the front desk is nice straight to the point and honest. I had them install lowering kit and end links on 2019 WRX. Zach that worked on it was professional and very nice. These guys are all great. Highly recommend.

Honest, reliable, autocare. We started taking our vehicles here about 5 years ago based upon a referral. My husband and I know little about cars and would be the perfect hustle :) Instead we are given great service, affordable pricing and we always leave knowing that our vehicles have been repaired without out any additional fluff added to the bill.
