Was at the gas station in town, my alert came on that two tires were low. Turns out I had a screw in one tire and a nail in the other, they got me in within 5 minutes, had both tires patched in 20 minutes and only cost $40. Will definitely be going here for any issues in the future

Got a great deal on a pair of new tires, great service, Ethan got it done in a timely manner. And they also fixed 3 major air leaks on 3 of my rims free of cost. Would recommend.

I got a new set of tires from Tire City. The price was below the big volume stores. The service was friendly and fast. Help support local businesses and give them a try.

I’ve had nothing but great service and positive experiences here. Much easier to deal with than the larger tire chains and dealerships in GR. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Pulled in with a leaky tire. $20 got me fixed up with a plug and out the door in about 15 mins. He didn't have to stop working on what he had going on for me but he did. My wife is next up for tires and I know where I'm going.

I took my truck in to get an alignment last week. They checked and everything was good didn’t align anything or touch anything really and I was still charged $100. I get that the mechanics need to be payed so I let it go, this was until I realized there is now damage on one of my rims that wasn’t there beforehand. Needless to say I’m not pleased with their service, now I’m out $100 for pretty much nothing and stuck with a damaged wheel.

Got me in quick and swapped tires out on my truck when I was in a pinch! Great home town shop!

I had a tire with a slow leak. I assumed I hit a nail or something. Tire City checked it out and determined I had a cracked wheel. They located a part from a salvage yard but it wasn't much cheaper than the dealer. They didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis which required themntontakenthe tire off, check for leaks, then put it all back together again. I bought the wheel from the dealer but brought the car to Tire City to mount the tire. They got me in really fast and the repair was 30. I got a great apple fritter from Tom's bakery while I waited. I appreciate the small town service!

Took my car in to get serviced. My drivers seat would not go forward or backward. Mike explained my options to the burned out motor and what it would take to fix it. Thank you Mike for taking the time to explain it to me and your honesty. Thank you to the new owner for not charging me since I didn't get it fixed there. I have been going to Tire City for years and will continue even though John is no longer the owner. Welcome new Tire City Owners.

Very nice and great service. I blew out one of my tires and they were the only place I could find that was able to get the tire size I needed same day and squeezed me in for an install. It was a great price too. Thank you!

Had my tires rotated last week. Less than a week later started hearing noise from my front tire.....LOOSE lug nuts. They didn't even apologize The new owners won't last this way

They do a nice job for a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them versus the big box shops on Alpine. Waiting area could use a little love.

I can't say enough good things about the service I had this week with Tire City! From scheduling with John to speaking to Greg about the overall issue I had. They completed the task quickly and had a sense of humor to boot. The best news - it was an easy fix and the price was reasonable! I will gladly be a return customer! Check them out!

These guys are great! They found us tires that would fit my 1960's camper. When I went to pick them up, my tire on my truck was kinda low. They were really busy but fit me in and repaired my tire right then! Would highly recommend!

The end of May Tire City did $1500 worth of work to my daughter's SUV. One of the things that was replaced was the power steering cooler. The end of September my daughter lost steering and we had her SUV towed to Tire City. They called me with an estimate of $1650. They said the power steering pump, power steering lines and rack were all leaking and needed to be replaced. I felt it was kind of high and wanted a second opinion so I brought her SUV to another local shop. I was shown by the mechanic at the other shop that the power steering cooler that Tire City installed was not only substantially smaller than the OEM part, IT WASN'T EVEN HOOKED UP! Tire City had put a metal line inside the power steering lines and put hose clamps on the rubber lines to hold it together. The mechanic from the other shop told me that since they did not flare the metal line inside the power steering line it was only a matter of time before this happened since it is a pressurized system. After removing the old power steering cooler (Tire City left the original cooler in the SUV instead of removing it) and replacing the smaller aftermarket cooler with the correct OEM part the mechanic told me there were no other leaks- and they fixed it for a quarter of what Tire City quoted! I'm absolutely shocked that an auto mechanic that has been in business for 26 years had no qualms about taking 4 months pay from a 16 year old Sparta resident just to cover up shoddy workmanship. I will never give them any future business and I will tell anyone who asks me not to go to Tire City.

I called Tire City after other two tire shops in sparta were too busy to fit me in to remove a utility blade stuck in my tire.. These guys not only fit me in right away but free of charge since the blade didn't go all the way thru. Fast, friendly, and honest!

Satisfied again... Thanks guys. Especially for staying there a few minutes after business hours so I could pick up my vehicle. FYI--Website indicates closed hours at 5:30, but they actually close at 5pm. Thanks again guys.

The guys in the shop were great to deal with. Had to have my uncles vehicle repaired and they knew the history and were willing to help out again.

I brought my tire in because they did work on my tire that went flat. He acted like he was doing something then brought the tire back out to me with a patch and said that there was a screw in it as if he fixed the problem. I went to work the next day and was stranded because he only attempted to cover up the problem because he did not want to deal with it. On top of this he insulted my mechanic calling him stupid. I gave the same tire to my mechanic who fixed the problem as best as he could and told me that the problem was that the bead was bent. This guy does not care about the customer and only does as what he can to get by. He stuck the screw into my tire and now that's one less patch that can be put in that tire. Don't go to this guy!
