I called this company on behalf of a customer of mine That was broke down at my business and needed to be towed., we had a vehicle blocking a bay at my business and it was causing our business to be affected negatively every minute that the vehicle sat blocking our business. The customer had told me that Apple Ridge towing was going to be at least a couple of hours before they could come and move the vehicle. I was able to make other arrangements and get a tow truck there sooner with another company. The owner of Apple Ridge towing called me after we had made arrangements with another company to have the vehicle moved. When I attempted to explain to him what the situation was he used expletives that I won’t post and basically hung up on me and told me to do what I want to do. I deal with tow truck companies every day, I could have given this company lots of business and many referrals. I had planned on discussing that opportunity with the owner. However, before I could get a sentence out he proceeded to swear at me telling me to do whatever I want and hung up on me. Very unprofessional company, I would never recommend their service. Based on the way I was treated, first impressions are always The most important and most remembered.
The Apple ridge team that i have become to know, use and will continue to use is, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful when it comes to my towing needs. No matter time, place, or towing service needed, they are there and i would recommend them to anyone.
