Katz knew everything he was talking about, was excited to figure out the cross breeds of plants, and overall made my trip here amazing. Would recommend going
Justin was very friendly. Respectful and knowledgeable about the products and made the experience pleasant. I will definitely be coming back here more often. This might be one of my usual hang outs when I visit because he truly made me feel welcomed.

I have never had a bad experience at Nirvana. All of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Alyssa and her staff always go above and beyond. I recommend the Lowell location to anyone in search of a go to dispensary.
I wouldn't buy any flour from this place I bought 4 prepackaged eighths of Runtz and Diamond bar. 1 oz altogether. Opened runtz first grinder it up rolled a couple and I could taste seeds and smell them. So then I opened up the Diamond Bar And broke that up by hand on my Frisbee and it was also filled with seeds. I called the dispenser to see if I could return the 3 1/8 of each kind that I had not opened yet when they said that there's nothing they can do for me. They offered me a $5 credit.
Nice store, great customer service. Would love to see a better merch selection. Nirvana shirts and hats with Lowell Michigan on them for starters! Jackie was fabulous

Today was my very first visit and she was so welcoming. She knew about the product and was so helpful. The prices were awesome and she even told me about my free product for my first visit.

First time in and WOW! The staff are all wonderful and friendly, Damaris was our budtender and she rocked it! Super awesome dispensary and totally my new favorite place! Cannot recommend it enough, honestly! Great products, great prices and deals, and wonderful staff and atmosphere! ??

I never been to Nirvana before, but meeting Justin at check in made me feel as if I were a regular! The store was amazingly organized, clean, and the prices were fair and their deals were 100% worth it. Im sure that random stop thru just made me a full time customer, thanks for being awesome Justin!
Cayman was awesome. Came in for work reasons and wasn’t there to shop, at first. But after talking with him, he made me want to shop and hangout. He was super helpful, nice, super easy to talk to, knowledgeable and didn’t make you feel rushed out of the store. Great experience!

Phillip was completely unprofessional. Started screaming at me in front of customers becuse I picked a glass bong and acted I was hitting it. I was told I had purchase said bong or I was banned from the store. I exited the store and Phillip came out screaming at me and cursing. Completely out of control. They lost a frequent customer. Go down the street to the next shop for quality customer service and buds.
This gem gives 1st time customers a free 3.5 first time purchase and has the best flower deals in Lowell. Best bang for your buck and quick service, friendly team, and the runtz are poppin! Flame all day. I ? recommend this!
