Rob went above and beyond for my situation and was willing to walk away from his personal endeavors that time to accommodate my situation. He did it with a great attitude and was very personable he also was not going to leave us sit on the side of the road without knowing we were taken care of and had used all his resources he had at his disposal! I will recommend him to anyone I know that is in a spot he may be able to help with. He is also known throughout the surrounding area which is helpful due to having connections with equipment that may be needed for use if he isn’t not able to be the person on site to help!! He is not afraid to put someone else in a situation to be able to benefit financially as long as the customer is taken care if !
Charges $50 for a used tire but you have to remove your own tire from your car. He removes the old tire from the rim puts the other tire on it. You put tire on your car and pay him $50. What? That's ridiculous. You can buy brand new tires at Walmart for a little bit more, brand new tire and they do all the work. And you can go to Noon tire get a used tire, they do all the work and it's $40.
When did it become the customers job to do the work the mechanics hired to do?
I don't know if still owned by the same person but if it is.... I liked coming ng here looking for parts he used to employ one of my friends as extra help. Nice guy and they had good communication with customers
Rob really came thru n each n everytime. Starter went out, he send one of his helper, had it back on the road within an hour.N cost for service, more than reasonable. Thanks again for your help!

My daughter was stranded on I-96 and Rob jumped right into his flatbed and towed the vehicle to a nearby shop. He was there within 25 minutes of calling. Thank you for such prompt and excellent service, Rob!!!
I got a flat tire Labor Day weekend when every other towing/automotive shop was closed. Rob dropped everything to come get us immediately and replace our flat. He’s a bit of a character (I found amusing) but was extremely affordable, knowledgeable, and quick. He wants to help you out, not screw you over.
didn't bother calling like he said he would before he showed up when he did he was rude interrupted me when I talked acted like he had no time to do this in the world then when we dropped off off at my mechanics house he acts like mr. Nice guy to my mechanic and his wife like he had all the time in the world.
Rob is always right there for us when we break down on the road. If he can get you running right there he will if not he takes your vehicle wherever you want. Thanks Rob!

When you are traveling at night to a funeral on 96, 2 hours from home and 2 hours from your hotel with a blowout tire - call Rob’s Towing. We were in the rain with a flat tire and a flat spare. Rob loaded up our truck took us to his garage, found us a good used tire and fixed our spare. A guardian ‘cheaphooker’ tow truck driver came to our rescue, we had it to our hotel and to the funeral on time.
Rob went out of his way to help my driver get unstuck and help rearrange a shipping container. He was 100% fair on his price and would recommend him 100%!
My partner got stranded on her way home to SE MI by a flashing check engine light near Clarksville, MI on a Saturday evening. Rob was the only person that took my call, and he was at the car within 20 minutes giving it a look over.
We followed Rob's guidance, and were able to safely get the car home, and do the repairs ourselves for $60 in parts. Two days later and the car is fine. What could have been hundreds of dollars worth of towing and repairs at the dealership were avoided because of Rob. I would highly recommend his services.
