I arrived to a closed store at 7:30pm when the stated hours in my order email said the store was open until 8. I planned my project around this part pickup and it forced me to waste valuable time driving around to find parts elsewhere. It's the second time I've encountered incorrect hours at this location.
For what it's worth the service here has always been good. It shouldn't be difficult to post correct hours as a basic courtesy to their customers.
Fantastic support!! Atv recently got new battery from shop about 35 mins away, shop got it from their local Napa. I had to charge the battery 3 times in a short period, so called Atv shop. The shop called my local Napa (Lowell), and Napa offered to test and possibly replace battery. I drove 4 miles to Napa, explained and they immediately replaced the battery under warranty. Installed new battery in Atv, much stronger … appreciate the great support!!
Jason went above and beyond. I own a Nissan Juke. I have been to multiple stores and on the phone for hours trying to find an alternative MAF sensor pigtail replacement. Nissan wants 1200$ for the main harness. No other stores could help me . None of the junkyards had anything. I am a single mother of two. Jason took my number and within two hours he had found an alternative harness compatible with my MAF sensor that allowed me to fix my harness . Not only did he find me a compatible replacement, he gave me a discount and recommended a local mechanic who he highly recommended to install it. After 23.95$ for the part and 120$ for the hour of labor, my car is fixed. Thank you Jason ! You have no idea how grateful I am for everything you have done for me.
Went to this business yesterday (07/03/2024) afternoon around 1:00pm to purchase brake parts (rotors and pads). I was the only potential customer in the store. As I stood at the empty service counter and counted no less than 5 employees 20 feet from me engaged in a laughing good time conversation. Two of them made eye contact with me, said nothing to acknowledge me and continued talk and laugh together. I left and spent the $300.00 at Advance Auto Parts.
Will never go back to this NAPA store.
Couldn't even get me brake line connectors they said they were probably gm specific and would have to go to dealer. But don't worry auto zone had them and knew what they were talking about.
I never shop around for parts anymore. This place is wonderful!! I have two vehicles around 200k miles and one around around 120k miles. They help me maintain my vehicles, so I can continue to live payment free, and save up for my next vehicle! Very knowledgeable and friendly!!!
I use to use AutoZone but once I figured out that Napa actually helps you more, I always go through them now for all of my parts. Specially since I personally have an import, but they always have quick delivery and will actually directly bring it to me once the part comes in
I had to go to 2 different NAPA stores to get hoses the same day. 1 hose was the same part replacement, the second is not the same but closes it doesn't have the anti claps spring inside. The men did send me in the right direction and sell me the extras to save me multiple trips. Thank you
