The staff are very helpful and the store was clean and organized so i was able to find what i was looking for easy. The manager asked if i need help and was very nice!!!
Sign on the door says open at 730 am. I was there at 8:05 and the lights are on and the open sign is lit up. But the door was locked and no one was inside. No employee car in the parking lot, or around the side of the building. So I guess they went out for breakfast.
I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
This is the second time that I have stopped at O’Reilly’s, and gotten excellent service. Today I stopped because my engine light had come on and hoped they would be able to tell me why. It didn’t take Loren long to tell me that I needed a new battery, but not only did O’Reilly’s have the battery I needed Loren installed it in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend O’Reilly’s for their knowledgeable and friendly service.
My boyfriend and I were left stranded in a parking lot a mile from the their store with a dead battery. Luckily we were able to purchase a battery online and get it delivered to us. We wanna thank David for his kindness and service. He came out on his own time with his tools to drop off our battery and help us. Highly recommend this store over others in the area. We were turned down by surrounding stores unfortunately but O Reillys were extremely helpful. Thank you!
The manager lily sold us the wrong brakes multiple times and has returned our parts we ordered the day we went to pick them up multiple times now it’s beyond unacceptable the fact she cut corners when looking the parts up not asking questions on which trim engine and all that while looking the parts up is even more unacceptable for a (store manager) to be doing that kind of stuff the store has been nothing but down hill since her arrival will not be having her get us parts anymore. I hope this gets to corporate will also be making a complaint to them also she has also messed up our garage account numerous times. 1/10 do not recommend this store
I was very impressed with the service I received. I was looking for a headlight restoration kit and they were so helpful you would have thought I was buying something major. Really nice and knowledgeable gentleman helped me. I will be going back next time I need an auto repair item.
Amazing customer service and follow-through! I was at RiteAid in Lowell when my car wouldn't start. Noticed gas leaking from underneath. Called O'Reilly's nearby and Brittany drove over and got it going so I could get to the store. Once there, she identified and replaced the clip that broke. Saved a tremendous amount of inconvenience to my family.
Staff need to be more familiar with the products on the self and also looking up parts
They ordered the wrong part twice. Each time they said the part will be in the morning, TSC had my u joint
If you go threw O'Reilly in Lowell please feel free to use either AHA automotives account or SJ Automotives account. They claim that anyone can get the same wholesale account set up that walks in the door so instead of paying retail pricing show them this review and say I gave you permission to use my account the only thing is sales tax needs to be applied.
I think the Lowel MI store is the best O Reilly store I have ever been to. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful in a non condensending manner. As far as product availabilities and prices they could improve.

Thanks so much to the gentleman Todd today who helped with a dead battery. (He actually called another local garage to come jump my car battery.) Once I made it to O’Reilly Todd then installed a new battery. All this while being short staffed today I appreciated this kindness especially being new to the area!

Stopped in to purchase some oil. I normally wouldn’t feel compelled to post a review for such a simple transaction. However, Nikki greeted my husband and I with a sincere smile and warm greeting that made us feel welcome. She helped us find what we needed right away. The store was very clean and organized neatly. I will definitely stop in again for future needs and recommend to others.
Absolutely impressed! I went in last night to pick up a brake line and was blown away by the friendliness, knowledge, and customer service of Nikki and Todd. I called in tonight (because I forgot to ask last night lol) about 2 other cosmetic parts that I need. If I cant make it out there tonight I'll be there to pick them up tomorrow. Highly recommend and will continue doing business here!
Called several auto parts stores in Lowell to see who could test and replace a battery. O'Reilly was the only one that said they did both. Ended up having a bad battery so had to purchase a new one. Even though the description on the screen said difficult to replace, and Todd had never replaced a battery like the one that was in my truck he got it done. Could've easily said no, but Todd went above and beyond. Very satisfied!
Lowell mi location.
Ordered gas tank straps for a 91 dodge.
Said they'd be in next day.
Than I inquired about some transmission day lines for the same vehicle.
Got put on hold for over 8 minutes.
So I hung up.
The next day when I went to pick the straps up I was informed they were never ordered.
Soooo
I reordered them for the next day and payed for them then.
When I got to the store the next day again I received the wrong ones...

This place is really starting to struggle. They can't keep employees and everytime I have any interactions with them they always seem to not want to be there. Forget getting the extra mile for customer service. I tried to deal with them on a wholesale level and personal level. The parts offered are great, but the employees make me not want to shop there.
I like this store a lot and continue to go here regularly since they've opened.
My only issue was one time being told a fuel line was fine to use from the brake reservoir to the master cylinder when it called for a brake hose. It's a 78 fiat spider and there is no pressure where these hoses go so I figured that made sense.
That led to a year of brake problems and eventually having to replace the master cylinder completely as the inside of the hoses broke down and gooped up the master cylinder.
While I really wish I was not told that, I realize mistakes happen, and these guys have been very helpful overall.
I stopped in with a battery issue for my girlfriends 2008 Ford Edge and the assistant manager Mindy and manager Jordan were extremely helpful. No other auto parts dealer on the strip could help but the staff here went above and beyond to get me what I needed.
I highly highly highly recommend coming here for parts and any help you may need.
