If you have a AAA+/Premier Account, this shop wouldn't be a bad match, but when you request a total & they can't give you one & then they call you & tack on extra mileage while collecting a sum from the Auto Club, it's a scheme for mileage fraud that is going unchecked

Got stranded at the local mobil. The owner was rude and hung up on me because they brought the wrong tools and couldnt get the wheel off. Hung up and would answer because my provider put the wrong vehicle. When i called back thats when he gave me a piece of his mind. I wouldnt have them tow a brick for free! Im stranded here with my pregnant wife in the car and just missed picking up a hotshot load. When i say pissed! Im pissed! I was not rude or anything. Very disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. No type of consideration. Hes not here to help people just here for a buck. Zero stars deserved!
If I could give them less than one, I would. I understand the current Winter weather but when you tell me it’s going to be two hours and then an hour and then that you’re right down the road helping someone and you’ll be there in 20 mins and then you get a notification from your insurance company 2 mins later that they canceled…that’s unacceptable especially without a phone call. Do not use!

These guys have never disappointed me. I have a difficult driveway and yet, these guys nail it every time. Willing to put the vehicle right in my barn. Awesome!! Service members are always great and reassuring.

I called some days ago while stranded on I96 with a blown out tire from road debris. I called the listed number to explain the situation and asked if they were open and able to help. Whoever picked up the phone was rude, sarcastic, and unable/unwilling to help due to the weather.
I’m grateful though - I would not trust this person to work with my car.
It seems from other reviews like this is a good local business, but that one employee is a bad egg, or having a bad day

Car broke down and not drivable. They answered the phone quickly and put together a quote. Friendly and calm got someone onsite at a very reasonable time. They treated my vehicle carefully and professionally. They treated me with quality service. Highly recommend!
Devin was so awesome, got to my vehicle earlier than quoted time to wait, he did some trouble shooting of his own, got my car running, saved a me tow at no cost!!! They didn’t charge me anything!! I was on my way to work this week and at 5:30 in the morning my tie rod breaks on the expressway. I’m just a girl, in the winter, on the side of the expressway, i didn’t get out to look at any damage on my vehicle. I just called for towing, in a panic and crying because i’m broke and couldn’t afford a tow. J&K services gets there about 40 minutes later, only because it was a busy morning for them, and looks at my vehicle. He comes up to my window and tells me it isn’t a tie rod that broke, my back tire blew. I happened to have a spare and he did a quick tire change for me, gave me a business card and sent me on my way. I’ve gotta say, anytime i’m in trouble, near lowell/kent county, i’ll be calling J&K Roadside Assistance. He was so polite, and patient with me on the phone, trying to figure out where i was and quick with his work. I couldn’t recommend them more!
At the end of a long week stuck with a van that won't start, we were so grateful to get our van back in the barn for repairs. Jason was super knowledgable and skilled with his tow truck, getting the 6000lb van into our polebarn. Also a very pleasant guy.

Than 20 minutes very polite and professional young man got my van towed to my mechanic and made my morning a lot better by just being a kind person. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone that needs their service.
Not sure what his name was but he answered my call at 4am and made his way out to me in 30 minutes. He made quick work of winching my car out of the snow drifts and got me home asap. He was incredibly kind and professional.
Had a great experience this evening getting my vehicle towed after hitting a deer. The driver helped guide me to select the appropriate body shop to bring the vehicle to, within my insurers’ list of covered body shops.

Spoke with Devon after my daughter had a horrible automobile accident. Most important, she’s going to make it. When dealing with the heartache and upset relating to this sort of thing it’s very upsetting. He was very professional and had exceptional customer service. Sadly, her car couldn’t be saved but it is was an older vehicle and not worth picking it from their shop. They allowed us to exchange the title of the car to pay the impound and the tow. Devin was very helpful and much appreciated. Definitely recommend this company. 10/10
These guys are awesome! Very professional and trustworthy through out the whole process of my vehicle being totaled. Every time I called and had a question, or even needed to swing by J&K tow yard to get belongings out of my vehicle, they were on it. Would highly recommend. The minute he answered the phone he was so nice. He drove 2.5 hr north to get my son’s car (and also let my son & his girlfriend hitch a ride) and then 2.5 hr back to Lowell. Couldn’t have been happier with his service
