This experience was awful from start to finish. It took days because of their inability to communicate me. They gaslit me from start to finish. We know the original catalytic converter was there and they said it wasn't. I couldn't argue with them because they already wasted so much of my time. I feel very taken of advantage of but I just don't have the energy to argue. My mom had a stroke and this company kept me from her so much that I just wanted it over with
I recently bought a car from this location, and weeks later the alternator went out. Luckily it was under their warranty. They brought the car (Mercedes) to a non professional repair shop and went my vehicle was returned the audio was completely out. By the time I bought my car and could actually drive it was about a month and a half. Their service receptionist was very rude but the rest of the employees did not give me a hard time. I will never buy a car from this company again.
Arranged a pickup and nobody ever showed or called....for 2 days and after 8 phone calls....best quote for sure but that doesn't do you any good if they don't show up and close the deal
