I highly recommend Butt Ugly Cars! I called and it was sold in less than 24 hours. I am so happy with how smoothly things went. Fabio was great and the process went by faster than I expected. He was very professional and efficient. I am so grateful that they tow for free in the area! I was worried my car wouldn't be able to get onto the tow truck, but he knew what he was doing so even that went a lot more quickly than I had hoped.
I got a cash amount that I'm really happy with, within the range that I was given on the phone the day before—which I will mention is the exact same range that I was quoted three months ago, so that says something good about them, too.

Fabio came and picked up my non runner within 2 hours of me calling to figure out what kind of payout I could expect. He quoted me the highest out of everyone in the area and didn't try to talk me down on arrival at all. Super polite guy and also straight to business. Literally the best customer service ever! My phone call was 1 minute and 30 seconds long, he gave me $300 cash for my beater car. I worked with Fabio and he was right to the point, honest and all around seems like a cool guy. I was scheduled for my car to be picked up at 9am today and he came at 8:15 instead which worked out great for me. If there was 10 stars I’d give them that!
