Had a great experience with Trey when we had some sudden car trouble that required us to pull over on the side of the highway. He arrived quickly, was very personable, and made a tricky situation go as smoothly as possible.

My tire blew yesterday after work and was stuck for 9 hours after 2 other tow companies canceled my tow we got ahold of i see you and they were there within half an hour Trevor was super nice and helpful will definitely use them again

I was very disappointed with my second callback from AAA customer service regarding a towing request. When I contacted the agent for an update on my vehicle, the interaction was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Due to a mistake made by a prior agent—who entered the wrong phone number into the system—I never received the call from the tow service to confirm the drop-off address or arrange payment for the over-mileage towing. Instead of acknowledging or sympathizing with this error, the agent I spoke with made me feel as though I was being dishonest or unwilling to pay for the additional mileage, which was both frustrating and unfair. The lack of empathy and accountability during this interaction left me very dissatisfied with AAA’s customer service handling of the situation. That said, I want to strongly commend the tow service professionals, Trey and Ryan, who went above and beyond my expectations. They were extremely helpful, professional, and understanding throughout the entire process. Given the weather conditions and the circumstances, they showed genuine empathy, remained responsive, and worked efficiently to make the situation easier and less stressful. They found solutions that allowed everything to run smoothly and quickly. Thanks to Trey and Ryan, my vehicle was safely towed back into town to my preferred auto service location. Their customer service was outstanding, and I am very grateful that they were the ones who assisted me. They truly represent the level of service AAA should strive for.

On the Sunday after Thanksgiving, my engine died while traveling from the Detroit airport back home to Granger. We called AAA, and they said it would be a long wait due to the wintery weather conditions, which resulted in a backlog of stranded vehicles. My car was stuck on the shoulder of the highway, at the bottom of an onramp to the highway-very dangerous. After an hour, the car battery died, leaving us without hazard lights-in blizzard conditions. Despite the backlog of towing jobs, the “I See You” tow company owner, Justin, drove his personal vehicle to park behind my stranded car, and had us sit safely in his warm truck until the flat bed tow truck arrived to load up my car. The flat bed driver, Charles, was a master at driving in the hazardous conditions. Dealing with this company restored my faith in honest, hardworking people. I wouldn’t even not hesitate to hire them again, or recommend them to anyone needing towing services.

They are prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. The excellence starts at the top with the owner. No one else in the area is even close. The best service in the area by far.

I blew a tire out hitting a chunk of ice in the middle of the road, and was able to get home and then call for a tow once my tire arrived at the shop. I See You took my tow request through insurance, and they are by far the best towing I have ever had! They were incredibly friendly and so much quicker than any tow i have ever had. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!

I was told id be sent a link to comment on how great our tow driver was, I think his name was Larry. Well I hope everyone he works for knows he was an amazingly helpful guy, did such a phenomenal job helping get my car to the body shop after someone tried to steal my car and was very gentle doing so despite my front wheels being locked. Thank you for your service, you guys are truly valued in the work you do.

I See You Towing did an excellent job. They took the service after several other companies refused the call from AAA. Ryan was great, confirmed all the details and delivered my vehicle to the dealership. Ryan let me know when the vehicle had arrived at the dealership even though it was well after hours. I would definitely recommend this company and Ryan.

Phenomenal experience with this tow company during a very stressful breakdown on the highway. The dispatcher was so helpful and the driver (Trey) was the kindest, most professional young man. I’m so grateful to them for getting me and my vehicle safely to the shop.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will is the best tow driver ever! If you ever find yourself in a tough spot and need a tow, I hope you’re lucky enough to get Will to the rescue. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond. My car was stuck behind my house in a very narrow driveway, and Will came up with a creative, safe solution to get it out even though it wouldn’t start. He handled everything with skill and care. Truly five-star service!

Take photos/record and stay with your vehicle during tow. We are left with hundreds of dollars in repairs because the emergency brake was Yanked up in place (instead of applying the brake and shifting into park) at the drop off location causing the cable to snap and wheels to lock. Wheels were not locked and parking brake was not broken prior to vehicle being towed. (1) Husband driven Vehicle up onto the flatbed. (2) if wheels were locked prior to tow additional equipment (skates) would have been needed (3) Instead of giving our vehicle a jump to drive up into our driveway as requested. Our vehicle was pushed into our driveway (would not have been able to do so if wheels were locked) (4) ring alarm captures the moment when the parking brake was yanked in place. They can be seen in our vehicle and the noise of the cable being snapped can be heard. Our initial roadside request was handled by AAA and it was dispatched in as a battery/alternator issue. Now we our left with hundreds of dollars in repairs. Do not allow them to tow your vehicle if they are using a new trainee. This company will not pay for repairs that they know was caused due to their negligence.

Driver “Bill Davis” was a pleasure to work with, he ensured my safety along with babying my vehicle as if it was his own, couldn’t ask for any better service, very welcoming, educated, and professional guy, answered all my questions, let me know along the way what was going on, was willing to call management to get my vehicle out instead of pushing it off onto another driver in the morning regarding the tight space my big truck was parked into, if I were his boss I’d give him a raise or move him up!

William was great even though they’re running behind. He was always in communication with me and I never felt like I was out of the loop and he went above and beyond his job. Great customer service better person.

My car broke down today and I was so pleased with how quickly they responded with a tow truck. The driver, Matt, even did a bit of diagnostics which gave me hope. Allowed me to ride to the repair shop. Very friendly & helpful!

BILL was a very kind and respectful when servicing me, even when he almost got lost due to the lack of light in my driveway I appreciate his reassurance and he gave a reference towards his company who have very experienced mechanics
