The price is alright, the tow itself was fine, but customer service could be improved.
Called at 10:15 was told the truck was at an accident and then they would get to me. Eventually was contacted by the office manager who said he would be by shortly. I requested a call when he was en route.
12:10 I called back and was told he would be by within an hour. 1:10 still nothing.
(See image) Was texted around 1:23 that he was headed to me, another text at 1:29 that he was already here. She then called me but I didn't answer because I was attending to other matters.
I returned the call and texted at 1:30 saying I would be out shortly and at 1:32 I went outside and he was already gone.
She replied at that time saying he would be back in 5 minutes. The car was eventually towed at 1:42.
Not good communication, apparently impatient with customer, and never got the requested call when he was en route, only when he was already here.
They'll get it done, but I would consider other options first.
This is the only fair towing company around - highly recommend I’ve used them 3 times this year and they always come fast - even gave me a ride home one time
I was involved in an accident today and this company could not have been better to deal with. Quick response time. Skillfully loaded the car to be sure to not damage it any more. Then dropped it carefully at my cabin in a super tought spot without any hesitation. Price was fair I would highly recommend this company.
I slid off the road yesterday during the snow falling all day. I called Petoskey towing and they arrived within 15 min! He was so kind and helpful. While I waited for him to arrive a man from Conway towing showed up first and tried to get me to have him tow me out. Make sure you have Petoskey Towing
I called Petoskey Towing as suggested by my insurance company a few days ago.
My car was in my garage and all I needed was a jump. The guy showed up. Very nice. Very quick, and most professional.
I would totally call again and definitely refer.
The guy who answers the phone is awful at doing his job. I requested a service, he said one hour, I called after an hour and a half and he recognized my number, and refused to answer three times. After calling from a different number, he answered immediately (only cares about more business). The next day I called for a receipt to send to my insurance company and also had to call 3 times to get a response. Once he did respond, he was extremely rude and ended up refusing to give me an invoice, ridiculous. The man who came out and did the service was excellent though.
After an embarrassing error, these gentlemen were quick to arrive, very polite, recovered my car backwards up an embankment in the rain & laughed with me, very definitely will call them again!! Thank You Gentlemen

All I can say is top notch service! The guys know what their doing and out of 3 towing companies I had called, these guys we r e the only ones to call me back and quote my motorhome haul! I had a 30 ft trailer parked on top of a steep, hard-angled driveway with limited space to maneuver. It seemed nearly impossible to remove it safely without causing damage. That's when Conway Towing stepped in and turned the impossible into a reality!

Called to have Vehicle Towed at 1:44pm. Was told they would Show up and Call me at 3:30 - 4:00pm
Waited for 3 Hours Past Estimated Time of Arrival and they Never Showed up. Left and saw their Black Ford Flat Bed(Empty!) Heading North my way, so Turned around and Followed it back North. They Never showed up for me.. Had to call a Company that Shows up for Work for $85 instead of their $135..
$50 Less!!!!
I thought these were the guys to Call in Petoskey but I was wrong!! I totally got put on the Back Burner...

It was such an amazing experience. We were stranded because our truck broke down. We were not sure what happened and were nervous because we were away from home. The driver was calm and made us from fell taken care of. I felt at ease after the call. Once the driver arrived, he looked at our truck and told us what was wrong. Showed how to temporarily fix the issue so we could get home. Was very caring and answered all my questions. I highly recommend you call them first!!! (The other company I called never called me back.) Thanks you so much!!!

More money than I wanted to spend, paying for convenience there, but the gentleman was very kind and prompt so I would recommend and would personally choose them if towing was needed.
Service was prompt and efficient. Rated 4 instead of 5 as the driver didn't inform me of a $5.00 fee for credit card usage. Fee wasn't on receipt I signed, saw on my card bill.
I called with a dead battery in the parking lot of the hospital. They told me a half hour and they were there sooner than that and had me on my way in 5 minutes.. very kind people! I highly recommend ?

Got my Jeep stuck in a mudpit with mud covering most of the tires, down a sandy and hilly seasonal road. I was worried nobody would be able to get a tow truck back there or get me out...I was ready to call my insurance agent. Petoskey Towing showed up, on a Saturday, in an hour, as promised. Got stuck on seasonal rd in some deep mud in dodge caravan. Called and they were there earlier than estimated. Cheaper than the other company we called by 1/3.
