I was on my way to dinner when it got particularly nasty out and couldn't see the side of the road through all the snow and ended up getting stuck in the ditch. I was going through the pain staking process of trying to get ahold of Triple A and get help when luck would have it Andrew was passing by where I was stuck and stopped and offered to get me out for free. I'm very grateful for Andrew and his generosity in getting me out of the ditch. It's nice to see kind people like him in the world and to offer assistance when he didn't have to. I'm very lucky to have had Andrew pass by when he did because I dont know how long I could have been there waiting. Thank you so, so, so much Andrew!!!
Locked my keys in my brand new car over the weekend after I had started it. I called in a frenzy trying to find someone to come unlock my vehicle so I could leave. The lady that I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and very responsive. The driver was quick to arrive and very personable! They are my go to from now on! Thank you again for such great service!
By far the best service in Northern Michigan. I have used them many times over the years, for collision, vehicle transport, and recovery. They are fast, reliable and fair, and will always be my first call! They are an excellent family run business that is a big part of our community.
Went into a ditch and had to have 2 of their trucks help pull me out. Fast and super friendly and gave me advice on what to have checked out at a shop. Offered more help if I had problems with anything. Super grateful for them!

Lived all over, in charge of company fleets, called hundreds of tow companies over the years. BEST TOW SERVICE I’ve ever encountered. Andrew was incredible and showed up 20 minutes earlier than projected, and already had my car out of the snow bank. From front to back, incredible customer interaction, performance and delivery. 1000 stars. Considering driving back into a snow bank to encounter them again. Please use this company.

I am SO thankful for the service by this towing company!! They came quickly to my car to unlock it. I accidentally locked my dog in my hot car. I was worried about her passing out. The driver reassured me and went right to work. He quickly unlocked the car door and rescued my dog! I cannot say thank you enough!! I highly recommend using this service!!
I would highly recommend Statewide for any towing services you need. My wife, sister-in-law, and I were on a trip to Mackinaw city when we needed a tow. It was after 1 a.m. and I had tried reaching out to a few towing services with no luck. So, I reverted to calling 911 and the dispatched sheriff was able to make contact with Statewide. We here that we were quite lucky to say the least. But as I like to say the Angels were among us. Andrew was onsite quickly and loaded up the car and made the trip to drop me at the motel. I was very impressed with his quick response and Andrew eased my mind of the unfortunate situation. He really cared about the situation I was in and went the extra mile. A big shout out to Andrew/Deb and Statewide.
We were on our way to mackinaw city and broke down and Andrew saved us. He gave my husband a ride to the hotel asked what we were able to pay and didn't charge us storage fees. His mom referred us to an awesome mechanic she knew and had so much compassion!
Fantastic service and wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly and very responsive. They were very accommodating after an accident we had in Petoskey. I hope we dont need towing services any time soon, but if we do, we know who to call.
Super fast response. Arrived 15 minutes after call. I think the techs name was Andrew? He took excellent care of our daughter (locked herself out of her car). Fast, professional and Great Price! For sure will be our go to for any towing or other needs
Ask pricing before you hire not after!! No matter whos paying the bill.
Edit for the reply- How would I know what you charge without using you? Did you notice the 5 star reviews I leave as well? Joe Ballor Towing? Merls? Two of the finest companies in the business that have been around far longer than you and they don't prey on people with their bills. If I see a bill down the road that's fair Ill adjust my review. All I can do is try to educate the public as we're all sick of our rates getting raised over things like outrageous tow bills.
PS I never said a word about your service, just the price. At least try to be accurate.
Edit #2 still haven't seen a fair bill yet smh. Oversight is on the way and not a minute too soon.
Andrew really saved my trip. I waited a half day for State Farm roadside and they couldn’t find me a provider. I did a google search and found Statewide. Andrew came out in 10 minutes. Super personable and professional. He knew his stuff. He got me and my RV back on the road for my 3 hour trip home. Big Thanks to Andrew!
I highly recommend Statewide! We needed a jump because the temp was below zero the night before. Staying at a VRBO that was rather remote made us nervous about getting a tow truck anytime soon and we had to head home that morning. The receptionist as Statewide was very professional and helpful, the driver was super nice and he even got there earlier than estimated. The price was unbeatable.
I had an accident in a very busy part of Petoskey on a holiday weekend- Andrew showed up very quickly, made sure we were okay, made sure I had everything out of my vehicle that I needed and towed it out of the way of others very quickly. He also made sure we had a ride to where we were going before he left. When I needed my car towed from their lot to the mechanic, it was very easy and fast. If I ever need towed, this is who I call! Always fast and easy.
Highly recommend! Starting from who answered the call was professional and reassuring. The tow truck driver showed up earlier than expected and was also friendly and helpful. When you need help, these guys are reliable and can be counted on to get your vehicle where you need it or unstuck. No matter how the weather or road conditions are, Statewide Towing will always be my first call.

1) extremely timely and professional
2) the way the handled not only the task of towing/cleanup but also the ability to help calm a chaotic situation by being knowledgeable and providing some details on the next steps forward were worth their weight in gold. Accidents are scary times, and they’re prepared for all facets of help! 10/10 would use again & recommend!
Had my vehicle completely lose power and left stranded on the side of the road. Called another tow company twice and they failed to answer. Statewide answered right away and were helping me within 20 minutes. Will always give them a call moving forward! Thank you Andrew ?
I had to get pulled out last night after going into the ditch on a VERY icy hill in Brutus. I wanna say the gentleman's name was Andrew or Andy. I was stressed and honestly can't fully recall, but he was so professional, made sure my car didn't have any damage and towed it back to my house because it did stop running before he got there. I was very concerned about the bill and when I asked how much it was going to be he went back to the truck grabbed a business card and said Have a Happy Thanksgiving. I have a 3 year old son and everything and with it being the holidays money has been tight so it meant so much. Thank you again so much!
Rolled my jeep onto its side this morning on my way to work. The 1st question you are asked after emergency crews ask if you are ok, etc, is who would you like to call for a towing company? My response was whoever can get here the fastest and Statewide did just that. Brittany and Andrew were so friendly and informative that it put my mind at ease after such a scary ordeal. Will definitely use them again if needed in the future and tell all my friends and family who to call when in need!
