Id give them no stars if I could. Absolutely the worst part store I've ever dealt with. Never have the parts they say they have. Don't have the stuff I got emailed saying was ready for pickup. And half the people there don't know anything. I have never dealt with such Idiocracy with a part store in my entire life. This last transaction will be my last for napa. Absolutely ridiculous.

There is a couple older gentlemen there that really know their stuff there's a lady she's really good

They seem to always have what we need. The guys behind the counter know their stuff. Awesome and friendly too.

Great customer service. Always have what i need. I NEVER get the wrong parts!!! They have great parking in back behind napa which helps with NO parking on main street in hart!!! Plus a door in the back as well!! I highly recommend going to napa for your automotive needs!

Place was the most disorganized store I have ever been in. Was out of everything and the staff was uneducated. Didn’t know his inventory. Had to go to tractor supply just to get bulk gasket material.

Good place to go if you don't want to go to Ludington or Klotz is closed. Don't recommend going here but for certain parts. Their tools and chemicals are over priced but parts usually aren't to bad. Knowledgable though.

I had an emergency today while driving down US 31 with my wiper blade in a down pour and stopped in and explained the problem and they fixed it for me so I could safely make it to holland with my mom and my 5 year old. They are absolutely amazing and I will not soon forget this act of kindness! Thank you fellas!! Happy Easter!

Great staff, have somethings, but others you will need to order.. a better bet in right up the highway in Ludington, or klotzs down the road.. but okay for simple projects such as oils..
