Really impressed with this shop. They have a huge inventory and were extremely helpful with replacement parts. We even grabbed a new jacket while we were there...their gear prices are outstanding! A fantastic resource for every snowmobiler.

Eric and Keith are two of the most knowledgeable men that I have met, especially when it comes to snowmobiles. They will do their best to make sure that you get what you need for any of your snowmobile needs. Whatever you need from helmets to parts they will do their best to help you out.

I was looking for an upper spring collar for a Polaris scrambler 500 nobody had one nobody could order it I contacted Eric at west Michigan snowmobile he said he would have one I drove for an hour too get there he helped me right away and gave me the part for free very very great guy contact him for anything you might want
I had a 2012 side by side that parts were really hard to get, The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. You can tell they truly care about their customers. and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service.

Eric and Keith always seem to go the extra mile for their customers. On a rare occasion they don’t have what iam looking for, they are quick to come up with a solution to get the parts i need in a very timely fashion to get me back to busting drifts. You don’t find customer service like this much anymore. Affordable and professional with a very clean shop! Highly recommend
