I live in Sault Ste. Marie ON and spoke with a NAPA Service Employee who was extremely helpful in locating a very specific item with providing ordering details and times. I was unsure about the item only due to the nature of the complicated “service fix” and deferred ordering it during the conversation. I ordered it online Sunday afternoon and it arrived Monday morning. I was mistaken about their hours of business and after being on a day trip in Michigan arrived at the Napa Store just after closing. An employee who was leaving for home stopped and spoke with me after seeing me check the front door. I explained my timeline error and the significance of getting the two high end items I needed to complete the service fix along with other parts purchased from the dealer in Sault Canada. Our discussion included the fact that his system was shut down and I explained that I would have to postpone the “fix” and also cross the border again to pick-up these items. He agreed to check to see if he could make a one time concession due to protocol. After photocopying order documents and verifying my email order information and updates, he was able to provide me with the items that were already pre-paid. This type of service is becoming really rare. He didn’t even have to stop upon noticing me in the parking lot. I really appreciate his efforts and he assured me that his policy for pick-up was completed. I didn’t get his name and wanted Napa (as a business) to be aware of the “above and beyond” customer service that was provided. From the initial call, to the overnight delivery, and of course the support this employee provided. We all know what it is like having a job to complete and all the barriers that sometimes come along with it.

Napa drivers don't know how to drive. Sent me to hospital totalled car, missed hours. This isnt the first time i heard of drivers getting into accidents in the sault. #napaknowhow
I've been to many auto parts stores here in the Sault, but NAPA is my favorite! I was very impressed with the staff. Every person there was experienced, knowledgeable, FRIENDLY and down to earth.
Terrible customer experience. Rude. Arrogant. Called ahead. Got there as soon as possible which was about 10 min before closing. He wouldn't even wait on us. Just said "we're cloced i don't have time to deal with you".
I've swung by this Napa location a few times driving from the U.S. to Canada. My last experience was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help me figure out what the issue with my SUV was, and give me the confidence, and the right parts, to fix a fan belt issue myself.
