For whatever reason I’ve always gone to O’rileys, I will forever go across the street to advanced going forward because of the amazing help I received from Jeff. He was extremely helpful on the phone and continued to go well beyond what was expected by helping me load my car and accommodating my two littles I had with me. He is extremely knowledgeable and saved me a ton of time and probably even more money! I am so grateful I called advanced after being turned away by O’rileys and think Jeff deserves a raise!

Buyer beware. Due to ignorance they lost a customer and, I hope you go across the street with your autoparts needs.

had a lifetime replacement warranty on a 12 year old alternator. Took it and the receipt in expecting the run around and not honor it. They did a great job, did not have the replacement lifetime in stock and I just drove 30 miles and did not want to have to go back next day or 2 to get it. So they replaced it with a cheaper model and gave me a store credit on top of that. The people working the desks were great.

These guys are the real deal! Helped me troubleshoot the battery issues on my jeep. The batteries are under the driver/passenger seats and these guys had no problem gettin in there and doing a diagnosis for me. Turns out I had a bad cell. They’re also pretty funny and didn’t mind my mats full of dog hair. Skip the places across the street and next door, THIS is where you want to go.

Employees are pretty friendly very helpful got me in and out quick ask me if I need any help with it

He was quick and friendly he snapped on a wiper blade and I was on the road before I knew it.??

First rate auto parts store, top notch setvice, I wont go anywhere else. Would be a 5 but the parking lot....

The amount of wasted time is amazing. Older gentlemen trying to get us to buy the wrong paint for my wife's SUV. Is mind numbing.

I am Korean. It's my first family trip to Ste. Marie. My car broke down, so I visited here at the recommendation of a Wal-Mart employee. He's the kindest and most gentle man I've ever seen. My family is grateful even now. I think I will think of him when I go back to Korea. I don't know the name, but thank you. Gentleman who fixed my car on Friday evening :)

I popped in on may 8th 2022 , the older gentleman working is worth beyond whatever they pay him , he has next level car knowledge, and they should be lucky to have him , over the years I have crossed paths with a many auto part stores , this was the first time , the guy at the counter had more than a clue . ADVANCED, you should pay this man more , keep him , he is a true help to the public

Had what I needed was very helpful the young lady was knowledgable and fast and courteous you dont find that these days

Very helpful staff,they went to all lengths to find my oil filter for my side by side utv,they had what I needed. Awesome

Great friendly service. A great selection of auto parts. They tested my car battery and put new wiper blades on my car for me.

The staff is really nice. They even took time and put my new wipers on my car for me.

Thought it was a good place to go for car parts. "Rented" their spring compressor tool for 64.00, they said when I was done using it and brought it back I'd get my money back.. what a joke they never put it in the computer or can't fine the information on the computer... stupid guess I just bought a used tool for that amount..

Chase an employee really helped me today and even referred me to a great repairman. Helped me get set up for an appointment to get my truck fixed.

I was just here today trying to get spark plugs for my 2006 Ford F-150 and spoke with a representative by the name of Chase. He was extremely thorough and even referred my boyfriend and I to a local mechanic. Great job, Chase! Thanks!

Horrible customer service!!! GM(General Manager) Hung up on me after some parts i ordered, didnt even get ordered!!! They had at least 5 days and 2 extra after they where supposed to arrive smh!!! I will never shop here again took apart 2 vehicles in my driveway only to find out they didnt even put the order through after i got off the phone!!!!

Yes, an Advance auto, 4 chain auto parts stores only 300 feet apart, how convenient for finding what you need for that repair or maintenance on your vehicle. who will be the first to not make it. Hope they all survive.

Got 5 star service from Jeff. Had an issue with my bike side bag and he found the parts and helped fix it. Made me a customer for life.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff who works for you to get you the best deals! I've never had an issue with this business. If anything, they've helped me diagnose problems with my vehicle & quickly get the parts to fix it. Definitely recommend!!!

Great place to get auto parts, they do need a few more knowledgeable people about parts though, did get a few wrong parts there and had to have them exchanged.

Most of the people there work extra hard to help me solve my vehicle problems. Many times they've helped me figure something out. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they do have to order things occasionally.

The service was slow and he didn't know his parts knowledge. But the salesman was nice and got the sale price I was looking for.

Honestly, if you place your order online and pickup in the store there are usually deals to be had out there! The parts selection is great and if your item isn't in the store it's pretty quick that they'll ship it to the store or your address. I'd recommend this place to all that interested, check online for price discounts also!
