The staff at the dealership was very interested in helping me by learning the vehicle I was interested in, the price range and any financing options. After letting me drive the car I was interested in for one hour, they gave me a thorough explanation of the features in driving the vehicle.

We were traveling cross-country in our motorhome while towing our Jeep wrangler. We started getting a high temperature warning on one of our Jeep tires and guessed we had a sticking brake caliper. We called all over and no one could get us in for a week or more. The service center at Charlevoix understood our predicament and went out of their way to get us in the next day. They replaced the front brakes while we waited, offering us a nice place to wait and snacks and coffee. Their price was fair and the service was great. Can’t say enough good things about them. If we lived in the area no doubt we would be using them for service and purchasing our next Jeep from them!

I was in the market for a different vehicle that I could transport my mom and her wheelchair in. I was driving a GMC Canyon Denali and it was a battle trying to get her into it and I was hoping for a smaller monthly payment. I had the pleasure of working with James Schlagenhauser... "JR". JR listened to my needs and went with me to test drive a few vehicles. The knowledge that he had on every single vehicle without even looking it up was amazing. They had a great selection to choose from, I am very particular on color and interior. JR was able to find a vehicle that I fell in love with and best of all it passed the Certified Pre-Owned inspection. It was exactly what I was looking for. JR went above and beyond finding the perfect financial institution with an extremely low interest rate and a payment. I could not have asked for better service. He was able to get me a warranty and set me up for success. I highly recommend working with JR specifically.

Tried to trade in my 2019 jeep & 'new car' department would not even speak with me due to issues with this model. I will never own another jeep or go to this dealership again. Just FYI: the service mechanic was very helpful.

Brought truck into their shop to fix my brakes due to trailer brake control. They fixed the mess which was cause by the install of the new brake controller installed by an rv dealer in Petoskey Mi. It works great now after spending some $$$.

My sales associate Erin Singer was very informative, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. She never made any promises and fought to get me the best deal. I know because i was dealing with about 6 dealerships throughout the state. I told all of them I don't want to play any games. Erin did not play any games and what I was told from the beginning never changed through the process. It is very rare to have a sales associate and dealership that is honest in how they conduct business. I will definitely talk to all my friends and followers about my experience. She never knew but I run a facebook group named Hooligan Sledders and have 70k people to tell how happy I was to deal with her and staff.

I have been a customer of the dealership for a very long time. They have always been very courteous and helpful. They maintain a friendly attitude, do excellent work, and even own up to a mistake if they make one (rare nowadays) and make up for it. I hope to be a customer for a long time to come.

OUTSTANDING. I literally drive 4 hours from Detroit to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced here and it is always worth the time. They bent space and time to handle a tricky recall that would’ve kept my Jeep in prison in Detroit for a week. So grateful for them handling this quickly and I know the job was handled right. Meghan in service is a ROCK STAR and Matt who sold us the Jeep is now my friend in real life because he’s so amazing. I should also mention I was a lifelong Subaru driver but this dealership and team got me to switch. I will be loyal to them forever.

Just bought my fourth jeep from this dealership. My sales person, Erin, is absolutely fantastic! Her and the rest of the staff there have always been able to get my payment where I wanted it and giving me a vehicle that I needed. Hands down the best dealership in northern michigan comma period!

Once I was at dealership, everything went swimmingly. Unfortunately, I had called several times to see if I needed an appointment for a basic service call without anyone ever picking up. Finally, I let the phone ring for a very long time and finally got a recorded message asking me to leave a message. I left a message but no one ever responded. After waiting over a week, I drove 25 minutes to the dealership and asked if an appointment was necessary for basic service and was told yes. I made an appointment for two days later.

0/10 for customer service. Extremely upset how I was treated. Their manager, hung up on me because he said he didn’t want to argue after I expressed how poorly the customer service was this time around. I will do what I can to never go here again. Sad thing is their service department could care less. Avoid this place. Their only good worker apparently just quit and I can only imagine why after how I was treated there. For reference, Stopped in because my radio was not working. Charlevoix auto worked on it last month even tho it was after market. I called, left a message. No one called me back I was in the area so I stopped in and they said first appt is in a week. So they worked me up they said I was in their system. A week later, today, I called first thing because I did not get any text reminders. Could not get through. Had to call sales. Then service tells me I was not entered last week but to still come by, told this by the manager. I drive there for them to tell me I should go to a radio place in elk rapids. I said you told me to come in and you worked on it last month. Never heard back from them all day until I called, which is when I expressed my previous experience with service was awesome and this time was 0/10. The manager was quiet and then just hung up on me. Again, if you are in the customer service business you don’t treat your customers that way.

Our salesperson Erin was extremely helpful and made test drive and buying experience enjoyable. Also business manager Chris did a great job and was not only quick but thorough. First time ever in and out the door in well under an hour. Would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a Jeep or any other vehicle.

He was so knowledgeable about all the new tech in my vehicle and walked me through everything, from the paperwork to delivering the vehicle to me. Highly recommend! We called about a truck and when we got there it was out front ready for us to test drive. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable and not at all your "used car salesman". We bought the truck, process went quickly and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Prices are excellent and so was the experience.

I had a great experience here. I found what I wanted through Autotrader, contacted them to see if it was still available so I didn't drive down and waste a trip. Chris was a wonderful salesperson and thought of every little detail. Adam gave me a very fair price for my trade, they didn't waste my time. Samantha in financing got me a better rate than my current credit union. Shortly, I was on the road and headed home. I definitely will encourage friends and family shopping for vehicles to check them out.

I was very pleased with the Service Department. I scheduled my appointment and dropped my vehicle off to them. Not only did they get my vehicle in 2 weeks earlier than expected, they also made me aware of some recalls on my Jeep in which they took take of those with no problem having my vehicle back to me within a cpl days. My experience went so well that anytime I have any future issues I'll be coming back again.
