I had just bought a new camper and was headed home to west branch. I stopped a a gas station down the road and when I got back in my truck it was dead. I walked down to this Napa and they had the battery I needed. I had no tools with me and my wife and 2 year old were in the truck waiting. The gentleman that helped me, I didn’t get his name, but he offered to gather up a few tools and drive me down the road, all but changed the battery for me, and wouldn’t accept a tip for his generosity. THAT is customer service! You sir, gained a customer for life. I will gladly drive the 35 min for any of my auto needs. It’s so hard to find that kind of thing nowadays. Class act. Nothing less.

I didn't get the gentlemans name. He really went above and beyond for me. I was traveling north on 75 when my windshield wipers blew off and it was raining. This was this first place I came across. He put both new blades on for me in the rain

They have hard to find stuff, and will order what's not in stock. Store is clean , and employees are cheerfully helpful.

Been here a few times and always extremely friendly. They give you advice and very knowledgeable. I had a few lug nuts with lock washers I couldn't get off and they took them off for free and i've had my oil changed several times and the prices are very cheap. Whenever I have a car issue they have it in and out in a timely manner. Newer and older vehicles, they know there stuff and id recommend them to anyone.

Boat issues while 800 miles from home ..Kevin was awesome. Helped diagnose, fix and loan tools. Very good people!

This place really helped us out in a pinch. We got a flat tire on I-75 on our way back home from Up North and even though they technically didn't officially open utiln the next day still helped us out, since all of the other local auto shops were closed. Very nice and friendly people.
