Showed up within 20 minutes of calling during a heavy snowstorm to winch my truck out of a ditch. Personable, professional and quick to assess problem and figure out solution. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Pat's to anyone in a situation needing assistance with their automobile.

Town truck arrived in less than a half hour after I called driver was friendly looked under the hood checked fluids. Would definitely ask for Pat's in the future

Garbage company. Claimed parking sticker wasnt visible and towed the car. Its night time. I can see it fine and the car was parked in the same spot its in every day. Is the driver blind? Maybe they shouldn't even be driving if they cant see properly. I have pictures and video proving it can be seen even without a flashlight and that there is no tint when I was told on the phone "they couldnt see it in the corner behind the tint". They are lying thieves and this is not over.

I was pleasantly surprised! Had to call AAA, I was stuck in a snowbank on Grafton Street, I had swerved to avoid someone coming in the opposite direction on my side of the street--the driver was quick, efficient, we only waited about 20 minutes from the time of our call, and he got me out of that snowbank in less than 5 minutes! Thank you so much for your kind, quick and efficient service!

This goes a couple or few years back, but Pat's Towing did tow my car from a pay and display parking lot at 15 Millbury St., in Worcester.
I had paid, and displayed for overnight parking, but got up for work and my car was gone.so, first I called the police, but they didn't order the tow. So then I called the number on the sign, Pat's towing. The guy who answered the phone was not just very nice, but he also either checked himself or sent someone, but either way, found the little slip in my car. After work I called to see where I had to go to get my car. But the same guy answered and told me the car was already returned to where it was originally parked. So, that did cause me some stress and two taxi fares, but at least that late I didn't have to go save my car. I guess, they will own up to a mistake, and fix it, which let's face it, is a big deal.
I know they get a lot of negative reviews but, at least they are honest.Jan 28, 2026 -
Overall experience was great quick response when I broke down in Worcester and needed it towed to Auburn, the only reason I have 4 stars and not 5 is I would have liked a confirmation my car got to where it was going but to be fair I also didn't ask.

My vehicle wouldn’t start on Main Street in Worcester. It was wedged between two cars but Pat was able to get the vehicle out of the spot and delivered to the dealer. An absolutely amazing experience. I HIGHLY recommend Pats Towing.

The driver (Miguel) came and assessed the situation. He told me the tire could not be replaced that evening. I explained that I lived 45 miles away and I wanted to get the last train back to Boston. He hooked up my car to the truck and then drove me to Union Station (about a 5 minute drive). He told me where he would take the car to be repaired. He later followed up with a text with info about East Side Auto Repair and assured me that my car would be safe there overnight. I made the train on time. I will pick up my car with a new tire today on my way to my job this evening. I received excellent service. Thank you!

Called to set up a tow on my daughter’s Terrain and Pat’s was there within 20 minutes. Driver was professional in every way, considerate and understanding. Very good experience on a bleak situation. Thank you to that driver and to the Pat’s organization.

I needed my car towed. The AAA representative (pleasant) arrived quickly and immediately began setting up the several pieces of heavy equipment to do the tow.. it was a bitter cold night. I appreciated his help.

Watch out for these crooks!! My car got towed from a lot that had no signs posted anywhere even close to the area that the cars were getting towed from. Obviously there are no signs so they can rake in at least $200 a vehicle. They should be ashamed of themselves, at least give people a warning. Karma is a lovely thing!!!

I returned to my vehicle while the tow operator was still on site and before the vehicle had been hooked up or lifted. There were no posted “No Parking” signs in the area—only yellow painted lines.
Despite this, I was required to pay $145, and the operator stated that the fee had changed. After payment was made, I was informed that an additional $5 balance remained.
I believe this charge was unreasonable under the circumstances and respectfully request a review and clarification of the fees assessed.
Commercial Loading Zone or Fire Lane, allowing only quick loading/unloading (often 3-20 mins for materials, less for passengers), not general parking, with specific rules varying by location and often requiring signs to specify exact times or if commercial vehicles are only allowed. You must always check nearby signs for time limits, permitted vehicle types (like commercial), and if it's a "no stopping" zone.Jan 01, 2026 -
If I could give negative, I would. If you’re a business, don’t hire them, you’ll lose customers. If you’re an individual, try your best to stay away from them as their only goal is to ensure how can they extract huge amounts of money. Even if you’ll be doing the right thing, they’ll be extremely rude, non coordinating and will be biased to some over other.
They’re not there to help you.Dec 28, 2025 -
Pats is incredible! I got a flat tire and needed it changed, they came extremely quickly and changed my tire even faster. Truly amazing service, Pat was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and safe for someone who was having a bad day! Thank you!!

All the towers just love the feeling of the power they have when towing someone’s car and they have no say. They’re all rude all jerks. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Prefer Direnzo’s on 146 . Friendly and helpful unlike these guys. CALL DIRENZOS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR

The worst experience ever. When you forget to display your handicap sign in your windshield , they tow you and after explaining it to them, they still put the boots to with no recourse what so ever. I would not ever give these people a good review in my lifetime. They suck the worst

Prompt, friendly and was careful putting my GMC terrain for tow. However a flat bed should've been sent. I wasn't too happy about that. But the driver was great, nice guy.

Honestly the worst towing experience I’ve ever had. They showed up insanely late and acted like they were doing me a favor by even showing up at all. The driver had an attitude the entire time and the dispatcher got annoyed when I called just to ask where my car was.
And after all that, they tried to add random extra fees that were never mentioned from the start. At that point I was just done.
Save yourself the headache and go with literally any other company. This whole experience was stressful, unorganized, and just overall disrespectful.Dec 02, 2025 -
Pat came to help me when I discovered my back tire was flat. He rushed over right away, and genuinely cared about my safety while using the doughnut. He directed me to a place in town where I could get a cheap tire to get me by so I wouldn’t be driving around in unsafe conditions. Really appreciated his help!

If I could give a zero star review, I would. I had parked at 11 lake Ave towers in a visitors spot visiting my aunt just like I normally do every week. I had parked in this spot multiple times in the past with no problems. There is a sign that says visitor parking from the sign and to all spots to the right of the sign. I parked in the last visitor parking spot to the right before the sign that says resident parking followed by employee parking. There was a sign saying residential parking to the right of where I had parked. Additionally again, there was a sign for employees parking as well a few spots to the right of that. I had called the company and they said “technically this is all employee parking and I can’t park there”. I had called the police and they had told me that they have had other people who have had similar altercations with this company and that I should challenge this. I was very annoyed and frustrated. I was waiting outside and the tow driver had came by again to tow a different car and I had asked where my car was and he said he had towed it. I had asked why because I did not park in a residential or employee parking and he said it’s technically all employee parking and said it was not his problem. I had then went to the company service and had waited 35 minutes even though he said he was a few minutes away. The guy had came into the building and was on the phone and did not greet me nor did he speak to me and had kept me waiting for an additional 10 minutes. Then after I had finally addressed the problem, he had threatened to keep my car there until Monday because I had asked him if he could talk to me in regards to my vehicle, despite it being thanksgiving eve. I had paid the fee and I finally was able to take my car. This company along with the employees/manager who had spoke to me were unprofessional and rude.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My recent experience with Pat’s Towing Company in Worcester, MA was nothing short of unacceptable. While preparing our vehicle for a tow to BMW of Shrewsbury, their driver recklessly collided my car into my brother-in-law’s vehicle, causing significant rear-end damage. The driver levered the car up causing the car to move back before pulling it forward. The driver should have been more aware of his surroundings. The driver also never apologized & instead tried to blame a poor installation. My diffuser was broken, both exhaust tips were damaged, and one was completely knocked off in transit and never recovered. Totaling to $500 in damages not including a bumper dent.
Instead of taking responsibility for the damage they caused, Pat’s Towing chose to deny any involvement when AAA contacted them. The driver seemed like he tried to blame “poor installation “ which isn’t true because it was professionally installed. This level of dishonesty and avoidance is absolutely unprofessional. The fact that a towing company can damage a customer’s vehicle, refuse to acknowledge it, and walk away without consequence is alarming.
Pat’s Towing demonstrated carelessness, poor training, and zero accountability. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. And if AAA sends this company to you, cancel the service. No company that handles vehicles should operate with this level of negligence and disregard for their customers. If they treated a $50,000 car like this imagine how they treat cars of less value.Nov 26, 2025 -
I love pats!!!! I've never in my 40 years meet any tow company that is genuinely trying to make the transaction easier and smoother as possible. The Customer service is beyond what I expected. I definitely recommend this company for your future towing needs.
When life knocks you down the last thing you need is a towing company giving you a hard time and they did the exact opposite. I was truly satisfied!! Forever a customerNov 25, 2025 -
I never thought I’d say this, but getting my car towed was… actually kind of enjoyable? My car died in my own driveway, and of course it decided to be parked at the weirdest angle possible, half on an uneven surface, half daring my fence to become collateral damage.
Pats tow truck, showed up within minutes. The driver hopped out first thing in the morning like some sort of automotive superhero. He was helpful, upbeat, and comedic for someone dealing with my vehicular chaos. He took his time maneuvering the truck, making sure he didn’t take out my fence or leave tire tracks in my yard.
Once he got my car safely out of the driveway, he loaded it up and brought it straight to the auto body shop without a hitch. Smooth, professional, and honestly the best part of my whole crappy situation.Nov 25, 2025 -
What a horrible experience I had with this company, I parked my car and they were there within minutes of my arrival, refusing to give me my car back until I paid the fee, I was going to be left stranded, the guy had an attitude and was acting like he was doing me a favor by not taking my car to their lot, what a terrible experience, and they don’t even have a tow truck, they have some cheesy trailer attachment they use, I am unsure how they moved my car to get access to the front wheels but if I was gone for 2 more minutes I would have been left stranded,

First, they arrived before the time that AAA told me. Avocado, (the wonderful driver, who told me to call him this), was super. Definitely knew what he was doing, had my vehicle loaded and unloaded in no time, and took great care of my car. He let me ride with him, and he was a pleasure speaking to, both professionally and socially. It really helps to have such a wonderful person around when you're in a situation like I was. Thanks again Avocado!!!
As for the price, I had AAA, so for me it was great!Sep 25, 2025
