First, they arrived before the time that AAA told me. Avocado, (the wonderful driver, who told me to call him this), was super. Definitely knew what he was doing, had my vehicle loaded and unloaded in no time, and took great care of my car. He let me ride with him, and he was a pleasure speaking to, both professionally and socially. It really helps to have such a wonderful person around when you're in a situation like I was. Thanks again Avocado!!! As for the price, I had AAA, so for me it was great!

Nice experience in a not so nice situation of needing to get towed . I was dreading the wait times based on the history of AAA initiated towing times. The truck came in quickly and the driver Joseph was very professional and nice - thx and kudos!

Was a fast Easy tow. The driver was very professional. Was able to move the truck even though the steering had gone. Was quick to get truck back to the house and was there before we even got there. Definitely recommend.

Extremely predatory & sketchy. They are notorious throughout Worcester for being extremely & unnecessarily rude to customers. Would recommend steering clear of them and take your business to literally ANY other towing company in Worcester.

Predatory towing business that sits behind lots for people to make parking mistakes and tows them the second they’re out of sight. Doesn’t even try to let them know or point out signage, just waits for people to walk away and then tows them. Walked 100 feet up the street to check a venue out and after a few mins walked back to find the car being hooked up to get towed, even in 15 min parking area. Didn’t fight it because I was so shocked at how fast they’d swooped in to get my car, couldn’t have been more than a minute after I’d walked away they pulled up. Both from this experience, and all reviews, all this business does is watch and wait to prey upon anyone unlucky enough to park near them.

Seven minutes late moving my car this morning. I will own that, but the tow driver was still on the lot, not even able to leave the lot yet, but refused to unhook it. Could’ve shown compassion but chose a payday instead. Says a lot. JP I hope you have all the days ahead that you deserve.

Our tire was change in no time. The driver got right to work and found a secret compartment I didn’t know existed which was essential for changing our tire. He was professional and efficient. He was a life saver!

I was on my way out of a place across the street from the lot where I was parked where I watched them hook up my car. when I asked them if I could pay for them to drop my car in the lot the driver tried to shake me down for almost triple what I offered. He then said he was going to take my car back to his own personal property, and tried to lie to the police saying that I was yelling at him and claimed that I tried to smash his window. Driver was incredibly hostile towards me as well as cursing at me, and the company shook me down for even more money than what he tried to get out of me when I finally made it to their lot to pick up my car. Incredibly hostile workers who will wait by your car to hook it as soon as the meter is up.

i was watching your horrendous acts from near by the apartment, your guy just break-in in to the car that was parked in burger king parking spot(no parking zone) with a wire to keep car in neutral. so that he can drag the car all the way to your service centre, though his truck had a setup to tow without dragging.

Tried to use the bathroom and get a quick drink at Jersey Mike's parked right in front of the door in a valid parking spot, wasn't there for anymore than 8 minutes and some guy slamming his fist on the door asking if my car was outside and wanted to tow my car. For what reason?? I'm looking forward to your reply because I'm sketched out. Very unprofessional and dismissive when I had questions, didn't answer any. His attitude was insane. I should also add: I just called Jersey Mike's and I confirmed that they never called for Pats to tow me. And I was inside the restaurant for only 8 mins. Do better and stop being scummy.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I am not even mad he tried to take my car. I am upset that he never gave us a receipt. He charged us 5$ for a fuel subcharge. HE NEVER MOVED OUR CAR. We give him the 137$. No receipt . We called the shop they said he’s going to be right back. He went in circles 5 times around us. At one point he stopped in front of us and we opened the door and he drove off. We called again and the guy said that he ran out of receipt paper and said it would be 15 minutes to get to the shop. Almost an hour later, still no receipt. Guess where the shop was ? 7 minutes away. Once we got there, worker was very rude and disrespectful telling us he has a job. Which is funny considering his job is GIVING US THE RECEIPT. We had to put the address in the gps. I don’t believe he would’ve came to give us the receipt. He even stopped in Jersey Mikes, to get nothing btw, just waste time. And if I can add he parked ILLEGALLY since he bought nothing. Luckily a local told us when this all first started happening that this company likes to scam and pocket money and told us to be sure and get a receipt. And good thing we did because clearly that was his goal. If you have to get towed or just happen to by this company. Be sure to get a receipt !!!! Get everything in writing and don’t let them run you around in circles.

We got stranded on the highway when our car overheated. I called Pats and they sent a two truck that came within 30 minutes. Driver was extremely nice and called us several times to let us know his ETA. Price of the tow was good considering how far we had to go. Very fast and efficient service!

I own and operate a business, and I was recently talking to a colleague about the importance of good customer service and relations. As an example of extremely poor customer service, Pats towing came to mind. I’m writing this in June of 2025, even though my experience happened in November of 2011. We had a major snow storm, and Pats towing was towing cars parked on the odd house numbers, this was the cities policy at the time. I wasn’t aware, I had just moved to the city. Understandable, not a big deal. So I called Pats towing to ask how much it was to get my car out of their lot. They gave me an outrageous price, and it had to be cash only. The absolutely could not take credit or debit cards, it had to be cash. I thought this was suspicious, but still I walked to an ATM close to my house, the ATM was broken. Keep in mind, we’re still in the middle of a snow storm. I needed my car to get to work, and I’m calling Pats, begging for any kind of flexibility, to get my car out of impound. They were yelling at me on the phone, demanding I pay the full amount in cash, and if I didn’t pay it, there would be additional fees added daily. This was the most unprofessional thing I had ever dealt with, so I had to take a taxi, jump through hoops, get the cash, go to their lot, and I’m trying to get my car out of impound. Now, I missed work because of this non-sense, so my employer is pissed, I out the overtime. I’m asking for paper work to prove my car was towed, and they’re refusing to give it to me. I’m fighting with them, and then the guy is threatening to not give me my car at all. I am dead serious about this, this is ridiculous. Finally I pay cash, get no receipt, and get my car out of impound. Maybe about a year later, my car breaks down at Walmart. The starter died. I call Triple A for assistance, Triple A says they will send a tow truck to provide assistance. About a minute later, Pats calls, they said they were the ones that will be picking up my car. I hung up the phone on them, and called Triple A back. I asked Triple A is there were any other options, and Triple A said, I would have to wait maybe 2 hours for a Triple A truck. I told triple A don’t worry about it. I walked to Advanced Auto Parts on Grafton street to but the starter, walked back to Walmart, bought a few wrenches, and I changed the starter myself in the parking lot of Walmart, and that is because, after my experience with Pat’s towing, I decided, I will not ever use their service again. I am not giving them another single penny. If Pat’s had been a little more reasonable, maybe accepted debit cards, maybe didn’t yell at me on the phone and threaten to keep my car impounded, maybe they could’ve kept a paying customer, but they didn’t, they burnt a bridge. Pat’s towing burned many bridges, and it was due to piss poor business management. Pat’s towing can argue, that this story is 14 years old, and they can claim they’ve changed, but me as a customer, most people, when you leave this terrible impression, you burn bridges forever. As a matter of fact, I don’t even see Pat’s towing on the road anymore, I know it was lengthy, but anyone disappointed, you’re not alone, Pat’s does incredibly lousy work.

Reading the reviews is proof enough this is a predatory towing company that does not deserve your honest business and instead relies on people making quick and harmless parking mistakes when parking is limited in Worcester. They are insanely fast to sniff out and tow anyone who may have been confused or missed no parking signage in the area and take their money while claiming they don't have change even thought their business is all done in cash---the lowest of the low. The character of the business if you can call it that is evident by their need to reply to every negative review with the same negative attitude they had as you try and get your car back. No compassion, no morals, and no decency. Please take your business elsewhere as I'm sure they're doing well enough stealing from unassuming people and in turn ruining their day.

Please just read all the reviews before using this company. I’ve been in customer service 10+ years, and yall could DEFINITELY use some lessons, mainly the owner. Absolutely the worst towing experience imaginable. I was completely ripped off by this company's outrageous prices and based on the other reviews I’m not alone! The owner (female) initially told me I could pay with either cash or card, but then pulled a complete 180 when I asked “can I ask you a stupid question you probably don’t even know the answer, but is there anyone I could talk to about this due to lack of signage.” (I didn’t see a sigh and I looked everywhere) Suddenly, it was cash only if I wanted to dispute it – a suggestion that she planted in my head, by the way, since I hadn't even thought of disputing until she suggested it, I just wanted to speak to someone if the lot was owned by the city. To make matters worse, she conveniently disappeared to avoid dealing with me, leaving her employee to handle the mess. Once I arrived the employee told me I could only pay cash - I only had my credit card on me so obviously I couldn’t pay cash. Then he suggested Venmo or cashapp ? Which is literally me paying with my card incase they forgot how cashapp and Venmo works. Avoid this towing company at all costs! They are unprofessional, rude as hell, and clearly trying to scam people. I hope this review saves someone else from the headache and financial burden I experienced.

These people are sick. My husband parked on the border of the Burger King and Quinns not knowing that he was in a Burger King spot. He saw his truck getting towed and ran out. The guy refused to take the truck off even with payment, even after explaining that our son is admitted to the ICU and this was his first time getting food since we came to the ER. He refused to let him ride in the tow truck to the tow place. He got there in an uber before the tow truck arrived, waited for him and was told it’s cash only and now there’s a storage fee while he walks around Worcester at night alone looking for an ATM. Sick, heartless people. The ATM next store wasn’t working and he still wouldn’t take any other form of payment. I called the store begging for them to take card since my son was crying asking where his daddy went. Nope. You people are predators and don’t have souls.

Excellent Service Center! So courteous on the phone, arrived right when they said they would and really put my mind at ease that my towed car would arrive at its destination safe and sound! I hope I don’t break down anytime soon, but I know who I would call in Worcester! Thanks again!

Excellent service. The gentleman who picked up my car from Pat’s Service Center was truly a gem. Kind and courteous human being. Appreciate our small chitchat. He came within an hour quickly had my car at the shop with no problems!
