I payed for a tow on October 11. I never got the tow so you said you would give me a refund back you keep lying saying that you Refunded my card three times the fourth time I called you said that you were Refunding it to the wrong card you’re lying this happened a day before my mom died. I’ve buried my mom and I still haven’t got my refund. It’s now November 1 you guys are horrible.
Called for tow, said $750 then charged another $350 and unfortunetly i had to change adress like last minute because google adress where i needed was wrong adress. So another $1000 to tow 42 miles. And calling me idiot without any understanding. Stay away from them and dont hive you credit card informations.
We called to get our car towed in a snow storm. They said they could do it and that they'd be there in 40-60 minutes. 90 minutes later I call again (we are sitting in the car this whole time in the blizzard) and they say they can't get to us since it is snowing. THATS THE WHOLE REASON WHY WE WANT TO GET TOWED. They say our address we want to get towed to may not be plowed yet. Information we supplied in the first call. Now they say if we cancel we have to still pay half even though they entered the agreement knowing they couldn't even supply the service. I am not saying it's fraud or false advertising. Definitely not that. We waited 8 hours (we walked home) and they still couldnt get to us. Worst towing company ever. Don't use them for that service and I wouldn't trust a single word they say.
I called and Allison the NEW Office Manager was a true professional. As upset as I was on the moment, she not only met me where I was at, but calmed me down. She treated me like a human. She explained the whole process to me, kept me on hold while contacting the tow truck, and called me back to check in. It was so nice to have a human experience when something like this happens. Allison, you are an asset to Mack and the organization! I’ve dealt with Kim in the past and let’s just say THANK GOD for Allison! I will be recommending you guys to anyone I know in need!! Great experience. Best towing experience I’ve had. Alex was very friendly and not grumpy like a lot of tow truck drivers are. I waited 5 hours for Subaru roadside assistance and they still couldn’t even dispatch a tow truck. Called here and he showed up within 30 minutes, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. 30 minute ride to the drop off was not awkward at all like they can be sometimes. He’s the only one I’ve dealt with at this company, but if they’re all like him, I highly recommend them. 5 stars
Do not use this business. I would give this zero stars if I could. The woman working here is rude and heartless. Terrible experience for my college student. It wasn’t the towing that was the issue it was the treatment after.
On my way home from Virginia with family when the passenger side front bearing decided to blow out on me and still had to get to Maine. Tow truck was prompt and driver was knowledgeable on the situation. After the tow, the people at island auto were quick to get me in and treated me great knowing my situation. Woman in the front office was kind and had great conversation. Mechanic that worked on the truck was ver knowledgeable and while working on my truck would bring me on the shop to show exactly what was going on and how and what needed to be done. They got me in and out at a great price where other shops would try and gouge knowing I was an out of stater in a bad situation. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you to all involved with towing and getting my family back on the road home safely.
Took an hour to come and get me. Then 2 men show up to tow my car but they only have 2 seats in their truck so then they make me SIT IN MY CAR while they towed it. Mind you they couldn’t even tow it all the way to my house left my car on a main road in a snow storm AND they damaged my bumper and refuse to even go be me a refund for the $200 I paid for the tow. You’re better off being stranded than calling them. I was forced to contact a lawyer about it.
I’m giving a 1 because I can’t give a zero. Everybody that works here is rude. No one forced any of them to work yet they all share the same snarky attitude as if they’re the ones who have no car. Completely unprofessional, they have no idea how to talk to people. I promise you can get a cheaper tow with way better customer service ANYWHERE else. They’re money hungry and for people who want money so bad I would expect them to treat they’re customers better.
Horrible. I call for a personal tow, and the driver DAMAGED my car. The cost of repairing the car was more than the cost of the tow itself. I asked for a refund on the tow. I know they have business insurance, but Worcester Towing24 gave me the driver's personal insurance info instead. The office staff now ignores my calls and emails.

They charged me $405 to jump start and Tow my car, less than 10 minutes away. They left my car in the parking lot of the repair company and told me they had dropped my keys with them.
I called the repair company about my car, and they said it was never brought in, and the repair guy had to walk outside to scan all the cars in the lot before he found mine with the keys inside.
When I called about the charge and not finding my car, the lady on the phone lost her mind and started yelling, and hung up on me.
I've filed a claim with my bank and if the issue isn't resolved, I'll sue.
BEWARE ! The drivers are not properly trained. The driver left my car in "neutral" and tried to drive away. My car rolled into the tow truck and was damaged. I tried calling many times, but all I got was excuses. I still haven't resolved the his problem.
Had the same exact experience as Jennalee Warren. Owner Mac and administrator Kim were extremely rude. It felt like a third-world country service. I have written 2 times for some clarification on the bill and no response yet. Plan to file in small claims court. Anyone knows their last names? Owner was no man enough to provide it when I asked him.

I was so frustrated with my car being broken down at another shop and they couldn’t fix it they not only towed my car but had it fixed the next day. She called and explained everything to me along the way and I couldn’t be happy I been telling all my friends to use them since.
very dissatisfied with the service, my friend had a flat tire, she hired the service, they made us wait for 4 hours and nothing was resolved. terrible customer service
they take the consumer's money and don't deliver the service, we spend more than 5 hours waiting for them to arrive, so when they arrive they say that there is no tool to remove the tire
This is not a fake review. You guys towed my vehicle and were incredibly unprofessional and rude. When i asked for some basic information i was given an attitude and hung up on. I understand you probably deal with lots of unhappy people but this is not the way to run a business.
Highly recommend Worcester Towing 24. Kim and Dean were very knowledgeable and highly professional in helping me deal with my auto claim with my insurance company. I was very happy with the results from the staff from the tow all the way up to MGMT!
