I was so impressed by the employees at this location. They were so helpful from the moment I walked in. They helped me find the right wiper blades and then I was ready to leave and they asked if I wanted them to install them for me. It may be common practice but I had no idea that they did that and it was -2 degree wind-chill so it definitely would have been easier for them to let me walk out the door without offering.
I needed a specific battery for my key fob. The first store I went to didn't have it. The staff encouraged me to go to Family Dollar or the Dollar Store. They said "those batteries are everywhere." They are not.
Gina was the sales associate in the second store. She was great. She was pleasant and personable. Her store had one which I purchased. I do need a second one so my search is still underway. Keep Gina! She's a breath of fresh air!
Good place usually quick service parking is spacious. Although prices are a bit higher on most in store items vs O'Reilly right up the street. Otherwise decent place.
Don't waste your time going here. Go anywhere but here. Avoid this place like the plague. Horrible customer service. Refused to install the battery I bought even though there were no customers in the store and at least three workers in the store i could see. The website said free installation I was told I could just go elsewhere. I figured I can swap a battery out. I bring the old battery back for the core charge and refused to give the full amount back. A bunch of slackers and criminals.

Doesn't open on time in the morning says 730 more like 740 . Once you get inside your not even greeted with a hello good morning nothing. Proceed to the counter to ask for help on a part number for a headlight bulb . Person was too busy struggling with a box he was packing for shipping still not acknowledging me then looks up says ill be rite in 5 minutes . Finally comes back what do what is how he approaches me looks up my vehicle all for me to find up doesn't have them in stock . Don't wast your go somewhere else there's literally another one 2 minutes rite down the street. Work on your customer service advance auto parts...
They can do better for their customers when we asked about the rewards they say they cannot look it up for you you have to go on your phone to find out any information I think that's bad business some people don't know how to do it
I had a great experience here!!! I was greeted promptly which is always a plus!! They were very friendly and answered all my questions!! There is alot of staff here and quickly came out to check my engine and let me know the problem! They give you a receipt with all the tests they run so you can have to bring to a mechanic which was great!! Very friendly staff!! Highly recommend them!
Love this one , it's smaller and there is one just a block up the street. But this location has the most helpful employees. I would go to this one before the other one. I will diffently be going to this one next time.
They are always there for you. Courteous and helpful. They put in windshield wipers after you purchase them. Installed my Buttery for Me. And have done a Diagnostic test for Me. I go there all time. Advance Auto Parts is My first Choice.
