Quick fix on my F250, super easy to work with. They did a great job and were very knowledgeable.

Went in for an oil change today only took about 40 minutes very quick and fast made it easy. I called this morning around 9 AM and they got me in for 11. They didn’t have to be so quick but they were and fit me in so quickly. I really appreciate it.

Telstone is great! Knowledgeable on Tesla so I trust them with mine. My left front control arm broke Tuesday 2/4, Telstone had the part and repaired the next day at a fair honest price with the “one arm bandit” souvenir. So lucky the upper didn’t break, the ball joint was in tack nothing else damaged

These guys do good work however, the last time my vehicle was in, i called @ 4:30pm for a status and they said it was still being worked on. Then I never received a call to let me know it was ready for pickup around 5PM. Therefore, ended up picking up the vehicle the next morning which was a big inconvenience due to heavy schedules at my end. The time before, I never got a call because someone wrote down the phone number wrong on the work order (I had dropped it off the night before and wrote my phone # on the drop envelope). It is just as important to get the admin. part right as it is to performing good work repairs. Otherwise, they do good work!

Tellstones has always been our go to shop. I've worked on all kinds of machinery and vehicles. But sometimes you just don't want to. But you want it done as good or better than yourself. For peace of mind. And they are the place to go. Just had my F350 gone over with a fluid change and a bad serpentine belt replacement for an upcoming fifth wheel tour of Ohio. Good thing that belt was replaced. Just had our Dodge Charger completely gone over for my wife this winter. I find it refreshing when you can have your mechanic go through your car and then be able to discuss the issue or issues and you can decide on what you want done or can afford at that time. A lot of places I no longer deal with would start replacing parts without notifying and hand you a bill you weren't expecting. Always feel I'm getting a fair and honest deal with Tellstones garage.

It was great taking my car for service at Tellstone Garage they did exactly what they said they would do and for the price they quoted. I was treated very well and I will be bringing my other cars there. They are now going to be my regular service provider. Thumbs up!!!

I really hate blankedyblancking on a parade of some peoples good reviews but, I arrived at 12:45pm for a State Inspection and the door was locked due to an hour lunch break. No problems at all with that but at nearly 1:30 pm the door still locked and an employee shows up and parked their vehicle. 20 minutes or so before that another employee came out of another door totally ignoring me, ??????? Meanwhile another person came obviously for an inspection. It’s like 90 with humidity 100 and I was waiting at the door sitting in chairs provided until getting back in my vehicle and wait to cool off. The other person must have been some kind of Royalty because he was taken in immediately ahead of me as I began getting out, I’m sure they knew I was also there for an inspection. Just very bad behavior from the employee, owner I do not know. So I wasn’t going in to start an argument about who should get their inspection done first. I decided to leave and go somewhere else because it was inappropriate behavior on the part of the employee, owner and the customer that no doubt was entitled and Felt no remorse towards the situation. Note I’ve lived in Blackstone 11 years! 2 stars only because I’ve gotten an inspection there not long ago and all went well but I guess things never stay the same.

We have been going there for many years to have our motorhome serviced and inspected. Initial contact via telephone is always professional and courteous. Services are performed in a timely fashion and they only repair what is needed. This garage has never tried to "oversell" services. Pricing is very reasonable. Inspections are fast. Highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable staff, very fair prices. They take the time to figure out what’s actually wrong with your car rather than just throwing parts at the problem and hoping that it’s fixed like the dealerships do. They definitely embody the motto “quality over quantity”. We bring our vehicles to a mechanics garage because we don’t know how to do it ourselves, most places you would be hesitant to listen to them. When Tellstones tells you what your car needs listen to them, they understand what your car needs to be happy.
