I had to have my car towed to Keene, New Hampshire. Wayne’s prices were extremely fair and reasonable. He called me to let me know when he would be here to get the car and then called me to let me know he had dropped the car off. He was here when he said he would be and got my car to where it needed to be. Highly recommend.
Waited 4 days for AAA and surrounding towing companies to pick up my truck in Athol. Adams came within 30 mins of me calling. Super quick and easy, no faults whatsoever!! Definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Wayne! He saved me when I got a flat tire late at night and my own roadside assistance couldn't coordinate any help, and he was an absolute gentleman the entire time. He changed my flat tire quickly, sharing bon mots and sage advice along the way, let me know what to expect while driving on the spare tire, and made sure I got home safely. Service at its finest, and an absolute gem of a human to boot. Thank you, Wayne!
WORSE TOW COMPANY.
Disgusting owner/driver (Wayne).
He relenticely hit on me when I called to get the tow. Got even worse on drive to parts store. He wouldn't stop even after my telling him no, many times.
I also had to listen to why he got a divorce, I'll spare you the details. I paid in cash & he said he would get me receipt within a couple days
A month and half later, he "didn't remember" saying that.
Said his prices are so low because he is a cash only business. Said if I absolutely want a receipt for insurance purposes, it would cost me $50. Said that it will start a paper trail and he'll have to pay taxes on it.
TAX FRAUD.
My insurance won't reimburse me without a receipt. I'm out $80
I wish I could give them 10 stars. This amazing husband and wife team went above and beyond to tow a company truck for us. Attentive, great communication and they even advocated for us at the dealership.
Listen it was one of those days where I should've just stayed in bed everything that could go wrong went wrong including my car just randomly breaking down on me ? I contacted Adam's towing and on top of providing professional calm service and just making this experience as painless as possible it was super convenient and easy to pay online I will definitely call them again if needed ?
Great service, Wayne was able to get to my car quicker than expected, towed it 45 minutes away to my destination, and even paid my ticket to go see a race along the way. Thanks!
On a Memorial Day weekend when everyone was enjoying time off, I found myself stuck in a pretty muddy ditch that my friends and I failed to get out of multiple times. Wayne and Terri were not taking time off and thank goodness if not for them I am not sure what I would have done. Terri was friendly and accommodating to ensure the process went smoothly and Wayne is clearly an expert of his craft. He also has a great sense of humor. He winched me out of deep mud and made sure my car could drive safely. Highly recommend their services!
I called AAA, was told I would see a tech within an hour. I then contacted Adams Towing. They went out of their way to help. While waiting for AAA, I got tired of waiting and called Adams towing. They kept me informed about how long I would wait with frequent updates. Treated my Goldwing like it was their own. Can not recommend them more. Thanks
I needed a tow of my late model
GMC truck in a Sunday night. I utilized GMC roadside assistance. They contracted Adams towing to do the tow. Adams towing communicated arrival time, arrived on time and got the vehicle to the dealership. One the vehicle was delivered they also notified me that it had been delivered.

A very pleasant experience. Terri at the office was very friendly and Wayne arrived very quickly got my car started and took it to the garage. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Wayne and his Wife Terri were extremely helpful. I was in a time crunch and I was calling around for a last minute tow to a service shop 50 miles from my house. I couldn’t get my insurance company or any tow shop in town that was available for my time frame that I needed. I called Adam’s and got an immediate yes, and the price he quoted me was very reasonable and half the cost of what my insurance company was going to charge me. We kept in touch via text the entire time so I wasn’t left wondering what the ETA was. The communication was impressive. Overall very professional and helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone that needs a tow!
Worst tow company I’ve ever come across by far I had them move an old truck out of the road in a hurry while I was at work which was angrily left in the middle of my driveway blocking my other vehicles because “ there was too much traffic” then had them banging on my door and calling my work looking for money 2 days later because the bank saw they’re $75 debit card transaction as fraud and rejected it overall A terrible business and I recommend everybody stay far away
Wayne was a delight! Super nice man. I was stuck with a flat at a gas station and Wayne came to my rescue! When he arrived he offered to help change the tire but I didn’t have a spare. He took me over 20 miles away to the Firestone. Friendly service, great conversation!
Wayne was so helpful with my locked steering wheel. He let me know when he was on his way, fixed my problem with a smile, and sent me on my way. I'll definitely call him again.
