Towing is subpar. Flatbed was 2 wheel drive and driver refused to get a truck from driveway (out of traffic). Get better drivers.

I had my car towed yesterday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Byron was the tow truck driver, and he was absolutely excellent. He was professional and treated my car with great care. What really stood out was how friendly and reassuring he was—he explained everything clearly and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Byron went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend this company and especially Byron!

Jason came to my house to tow my truck and we couldn’t get it started, so he came back the next day early as possible to get the truck to the shop. Nice guy, very professional.

I called AAA on August 23rd at 9:00 p.m. to have my van towed to New Hampshire so the mechanic could take care of it the next day the lady from Dale's call me and asked me why do you need to do it tonight why didn't you call us in the morning to have it done not tonight at 9:00 p.m. on the 23rd of August 2025 and she was very rude to me. Then the driver showed up and did the same thing ask me why it didn't call them in the morning instead of 9:00 at night and I told him that my mechanic just got in touch with me at 8:00 p.m. tonight August 23rd 2025 I don't know what the big deal was to pay 24-hour service AAA pays them to do a job and they did not want to do the job but finally I told the guy to take it he was also rude. I don't suggest anybody to take them as a AAA client or just a regular customer cuz they're rude and they just don't care about nothing. They have should have just taken the van to New Hampshire without no questions but they didn't instead they wanted to argue with me blaming me like it's my fault because I waited so long at night to do it while I was waiting for Mike Mechanic to get back to me and he did then I called and had it delivered last night at 9:00 p.m. so they can work on it today Sunday August 24th 2025 very rude people that work there

I would not recommend anyone doing business with Dale’s Auto Body and Towing. I brought my car in because it was shaking whenever I hit my brakes. I was told to bring the car into the shop either the night before or that day, and I chose the night before. The next time they called me, I was told that the car was fixed and ready to get picked up. I came in, paid for the service, and left with my car. However, the issue I had brought it in for was not fixed, The shaking was still happening when I used my brakes. I immediately went back and asked Dale to come with me on a drive so I can point out the issue. During the ride, he kept arguing that I needed front brakes instead of admitting that they didn’t understand what I was asking for and just fixing what they wanted to. Dale would not fix the issue without me paying more money. In short, I brought my car in, and only wanted them to fix the shaking. They did work I didn’t authorize, but did not fix my shaking issue. I was not given a diagnostic and I was not given a quote before these repairs were done. Very poor customer service, I would never trust them with my vehicle again. ***Replying to Dale's Auto*** I did NOT ask for front brakes. I told you all that there was a vibrating when I was braking the first time I came in. You fixed my front brakes and not the issue I came in for. I came in again stating that the noise was still there and was not resolved and asked you to come with me so I can show you exactly what I was hearing. The next mechanic I brought my car to immediately knew what the issue was and was fixed in a couple of hours. AGAIN, we never discussed front brakes being replaced when I initially spoke to you. We discussed a vibrating when I would use my brakes. You did work I did not authorize, did not give a diagnostic, did not give an estimate of the costs before the repairs were done, and most of all, did not fix my issue. There is a lot wrong here and you are not taking accountability for any of it. FYI, I have dashcam footage of our conversation if anyone is wanting to see it.

Got help from Dale's twice through AAA. Both times I got the same driver (forgot his name) and it was great. He was professional and managed a horrible snowy driveway at night with a small turnaround. Driving a tow truck is real tough. Grateful for these guys!

Got repairs done through my insurance. Repairs were done fast and perfect. You can not tell there was ever any damage. Highly recommend!

Dale’s just picked up my Audi on a AAA call. Driver was very professional and his equipment was spotless. You can tell a lot about a tow company by how they keep their trucks, and Dale’s truck was immaculate. I’ve also used them for body work in the past. I will continue to recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Keep up the good work.

I used Dale’s Towing when I called AAA because my car overheated and needed a tow home—over two hours away!! I’m so grateful that Ed came to the rescue to drive me back. He’s very kind and we had great conversations the whole way. I felt awful since it was so far away, but he stayed very positive about it which eased my nerves. We had car issues and called AAA for service. Dale's came and helped us get car started and then set us up to stop in and get assistance. They were fast, friendly and understanding. Highly recommended!

Having our car breakdown on Rte 78 in 94 degree heat and having no way of fixing it we called AAA and they sent Dale's Towing to rescue us. It was a turning into a horrible day until Bayron came to our rescue. This man was wonderful. He drove us home to Chicopee with the car on the dolly. It wasn't the best ride but we had good conversation and Bayron was professional, kind and the highlight of the day. Thank you Bayron and the next time we are in the area I hope you are free for lunch and we will go to Herricks. Whoever owns this towing company I hope you know what a great employee you have. I locked my keys in my car while camping several hours from my house. I called AAA and Ed from Dale’s came right away. It turned out that the unlock buttons in my car were difficult to even see, much less press, from the outside of the car. It was pouring rain, but Ed didn’t stop working until he was able to unlock the door. He was so kind to me as well. Thank you Ed! I would have been stranded without you!

Our Honda Fit, fully laden, broke down with engine trouble that required a tow to our service dealer, just before dust. We were so fortunate that the AAA sent us a tow truck from Dale's. The driver showed up within a VERY short time. He was upbeat and cheerful and had our car on his truck and us cheered up in his cabin. He was helpful all along the way, and had us home and the car at our repair service in no time at all. I can warmly recommend Dale's Auto Body and Towing! They are way better than any of our previous towing experiences in Massachusetts over the last 50 years in Massachusetts!

I called AAA because my daughters car needed to be towed from one garage to another. They sent Dale's towing to come pick up her car. The tow truck driver Baryon was funny and did a great job!

Dale's towing is awesome! I got my vehicle stuck in the mud backing up onto my lawn in an incredibly deep and difficult spot. I had very little faith that my vehicle would be recovered easily. I decided to call Dale's towing. Dale's sent out Kevin who was nothing short of a true professional. Not only did Kevin arrive 15 minutes after I placed the initial call, he was also able to use a wench and un-stuck my vehicle in under 10 minutes. I'd also like to note that Kevin was extrememly professional and courteous throught the whole encounter.Thanks for saving the day guys!

I was roughly 45 minutes away from home and found myself in an unfortunate situation, needing a tow and a ride. Dale’s Towing was wonderful! They communicated the unforeseen delay apologetically. My truck suddenly began having serious engine difficulties and I ended up stranded in a very difficult and unsafe stretch of road. Bayron arrived almost immediately and was very kind and fast acting. He ensured a safe environment and made sure to ease any of my worries and fears. The drive was also nearly two hours to my destination. Bayron was super helpful and I am incredibly grateful for his caring and expertise!
