Some employee was rude to my son at your desk today when his package got sent there / it got there at 11 18 am and Raymond was only good to my son .and it’s not his fault ups sent it there and see how you run your store my family won’t buy anything there

Tried to return a battery that went bad in 4 months, they couldn’t find me in the system because their inept employee didn’t enter in my personal information correctly. They initially offered me a gift card because they couldn’t find proof of purchase which I declined initially. The manager, Ray, was put on the phone on my next day return with my proof of purchase and he said to come back in the next day to speak to him in person for a refund. I returned for the third day in a row for Ray to just offer me a gift card and say it would be a lot of trouble for him to get me a cash refund. Awful customer service.

I stopped by to get my battery checked out because I thought it was getting tired. I was prepared to have to buy a new battery, but the guy who checked it out said it was just a corrosion problem. He installed some anti-corrosion bolts ($4.25) and cleaned everything up, which took 20 minutes or so. I commented that I was really getting more than my money's worth, but he said that they try to help out when they can. It was a really good experience and I'll definitely be going back when I *do* need a new battery!

Called a Friday to order parts for my breaks was told they would be there Saturday, the parts were never ordered

They usually have what you need on hand. And they are friendly folks in the store. They are definitely more knowledgeable than they other auto parts store option we have in our immediate area as well.

They seem to have what you need and if they don't they will get it over night for next day

I was in a bind and Middlesex Street advanced Auto parts in Lowell was not very helpful, Ray the manager here in Athol helped out so much that is very appreciated ?

Best for parts by far especially with the speed perks an gas rewards, can't beat them.

They had the parts I needed in stock, were friendly, and explained the warranty to me thoroughly. I had a good experience.

Great staff very friendly too they took out my wife's dead battery and put in the new one. They always have what I'm looking for at good prices they also do windshield wipers installation for free and have great packages for oil changes.

I ordered sway bar bushings for my car and chose same day delivery. At 6:30pm the parts still haven't arrived. I contacted customer service only to find out that they never found a driver to deliver the parts despite emailing me saying that the order has shipped and was on the way. Nice job guys. #grossincompetence

Had to got back and return part so they could get the right one. Screed me out of 2 hours.

My auto parts store I love going there

I went only a few times to this store and always someone nice help me out with the parts I was looking for.

They have just about anything you need and the staff are helpful. Prices are average. Store layout isn't intuitive at all but thats common for this chain. Good location, always plenty of parking.

Absolutely excellent service. Went in for some headlights for my VW golf and the person at the front counter was super helpful and got me what I needed quickly. He also offered tips on how to install. I then exited the store and another employee saw that I had headlights and told me to wear gloves to install so I do not blow out the light. Super friendly!

Awesome crew. Moved away from area but still travel to this store to get parts if ordering.

Good prices and friendly staff. They are often understaffed. Plan on waiting awhile for service.

Almost always has what I need for my project on hand... Rarely do I have to go anywhere else.

Online service is awful.. The people at the store are very helpful.. Returning things is fairly easy but I waited 4 days before my money was returned on my card.. That seems ridiculous when it's literally a push of a button. I guess it's much better if you go in and talk to a person and pay in cash..

Easy transaction, no fuss, unfortunately didn't have the main part I was looking for and needed it that day but were able to help me locate another location that had the part in ware that i could go pick it up. Not their fault I needed the part right then and there.

This store on the Athol,Orange line in Hannaford plaza has a knowledgeable staff. went in today for a Mobil-1 oil & filter special and met yet another class act, newer to that store...Scott ! Store is also very well stocked. Thankful to have this store so close to our home!

Very helpful staff, prices are pretty average, locally owned, there's quite a few things they'll do for you, like put in a new battery, or wipers. Nice if your not able to do something.

Love the guys down there (and Kara). I grab my parts and usually end up staying for 15 mins laughing and joking with the staff, it's that kind of place that you get 5* service and awesome employees that enjoy working with the public. I was in search of a part that was hard to locate, the guys spent 10 mins surfing around on their computers to access their secondary sources to locate it for me and found the best price available that they could. Highly recommend.

Grate parts could have better deals and ill give u the last star but will keep buying
