The young man at the desk who helped us who i'm not sure of his name, It's either connor or curtis, Was patient and very interested in helping us solve our problem. Excellent customer service. Give that young man a raise.
I give this store a 0 if I could. I have gone back to this store at least 5 times for my breaks. Either the brake pads are too big or the caliper bolts don’t fit correctly. Sometimes I feel like they just shove stuff in random boxes and hand it to people hoping it will work. They are all very kind people and appreciate them but they need more training from the manager or something.
Very helpful when they saw that I was trying to do something myself they asked if I needed help in the gentleman looked up right away what I needed.
July 29th....went again and was help by a wonderful young man named Colin. Was so helpful he install my light bulb after helping me get the correct one

I was driving home from work and I noticed my oil light was coming on every time I took a turn. I pulled into this location and knew I was going to need some assistance. I have never changed oil or added oil to my car and I’m always afraid I want to add the oil to the wrong part of the engine. When I entered I openly admitted to the staff my lack of knowledge and ask for some help. Right away Rich stepped up with a real funny joke and help me from there on. He determined what oil my car needed based on its age and mileage. He looked things up just to double check and then we went outside and I got an in-depth lesson on how to check and add oil to my SUV. Rich was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and I walked away more educated about how to check and add oil to my vehicle. Thank you Rich!
Typical auto parts store. Most parts r skyrocketing. I'll go to a salvage yard. They charge 300$ for master power window & door control panel, @ junk yard I got one for 40$....
Some new female employee helped my wife get proper def fluid and installed it while my wife was in a panic, friendly, optimistic, and didn’t stop until job was done.
Saved us from potential damage.
