I only asked him to take a look, the tire probably just some air. He said I have to wait for one hour before they can take a look. Bad and disrespectful treatment.
I was told by them to come over to their store at 4:10 pm , told them specifically it would take 20 min to be there , guy said bring truck over , when I got there at 4:35 they said they would not help . Bad business at its finest .

Mechanics are thorough. If you need a new tire that isn't stocked they are quick to get it. The waiting room isn't huge but it's comfortable. The service is quick.
Low tire indicator light went on, brought it to Sullivan Tire. They brought the car in, tested the tire, determined it had a slow leak at the bead. Cleaned the tire bead and wheel and we were on our way. Professional, polite, fair price!
Manager was argumentative when I questioned why they gave me a price for a tire size that was not ever used on my year make and model he told me it was my fault because I did not provide them the size myself which I thought was strange because anywhere you check on google or other competitors Webb sites the correct size comes up with out issues.I figured they would have an accurate data base. I did not look myself first because my wife was waiting on the side of the highway for AAA with my 4 year old I call them first to make sure we could have the car towed there and they would have a tire In stock. They also tried to tell my wife she needed 4 new tires also because the car is AWD even though it is front wheel drive and after she insisted that it was FWD then they checked and agreed that it was. I called the corporate office they took my statement then the area manager called me he was nice enough but I think he just wanted me to go away. The manager asked me if I wanted the old tire put back on the car if was not going to pay the bill which I thought was strange because they told me the tire was destroyed and could not be used again so why would he even offer that because that would put me and my family in an unsafe condition. There are two sides to every story and this is mine. As a customer you should be able to ask questions about prices and work you have done with out this kind of treatment. This was not my first time bringing a vehicle here but it is my last.
