This place is the best!!!! I damaged the front corner of my car. Jeff and his team were amazing. They not only fixed the corner perfectly, they also found another area of my car with some scrapes and fixed that for free. The car looks perfect, they are fast, and the nicest group of people ever. I highly highly recommend them.

Very communicative, effective, and quick.
They repaired the car quickly, cleaned it, and charged it before pick up. Worked with insurance company to supplement, figure out billing, and worked with the rental company to coordinate pick up.

The team at Highway is the BEST. From the first call, Carolyn communicated all the important parts, and walked me through the insurance paperwork.. Even with some snafus outside of the shop, she kept me informed and prepared the whole way, she was wonderful.
The workmanship was 5 stars all the way, there is zero way to know that my car had ever been touched. Everything tested out perfectly and looks great.
My friend who is a really big "car guy" suggested them, and I found out later that even my BMW service advisor said he won't take his cars anywhere else, Highway truly is the best around.
Went back to Highway Auto Body after many years due to a small fender bender front and rear. The work they did on my Tesla years ago was still perfect. This time, once again their service and work were top-notch! I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
My new Tesla was sent by the service center for scratch removal to this shop. After two weeks, I received it with even more scratches. They tried to remove the scratches using dirty pads or wrong grit pads, which resulted in more scratches.
This is the best company. I have had several dents for 3 different cars and the people at High Auto Body are all so wonderful. They are so nice, professional, and the work they did is spectacular. I had my brand new tesla hit on the highway by another vehicle. The work they did was perfect. It's good as new. And then they helped fix a damaged bumper on my Audi. Just an all around perfect experience every time.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Jeff, Carolyn and the whole team at Highway Autobody. My BMW wagon was involved in a car accident recently and had significant damage to the passenger side rear end. I just picked up my car-not only did they complete the work in record time but as always the car looks great. I have been taking my cars to Highway Autobody for more than 15 years and highly recommend this business.
Absolutely the worst auto body place I have ever been to so far.This place is unprofessional and extremely racist!! Don't be fooled trust me Stay away if you respect yourself,time and your money...
I greatly recommend this auto body shop, they repaired my vehicle after an accident, and went above and beyond my expectations of buffing and filling door dings, where my door was keyed, and gave me a great deal on new tires and wheels as an additional service!

I had a small accident 1 year ago and took my car for the repair there. Overal they did a good job but only after they found that my insurance would pay. They are not responsive and polite before they get the money. They charged my insurance 22k for a front bumper, and a bent hood. Yes they change everything. And yes they painted my entire car. The left damage on the roof glass. Their paint job chips easily if a small gravel hits your car on the road. They left the trunk of my car semi-open under the rain. They ordered parts after 2 months that my car was there. They painted my entire car to get the paint match. There are more stuff. But I agree with the other customer that they pay for their reviews.
My wife’s X3 was backed into neighbor and the side was crushed in. At the recommendation of a friend, I had used Highway Auto Body for my own car several years ago when it was damaged in a parking lot and they did a wonderful job. For my wife’s car, they handled all of the insurance issues, including getting a higher payment when the damages were greater than initially believed. It was all seamless. The car came out like a brand new vehicle. They even backed out scratches another minor blemishes without charge. It look like a new car. Everyone at Highway was friendly and helpful. We could not have been more pleased

They’re also fantastic at helping navigate through the insurance paperwork which is invaluable. Can’t say I look forward to using them again, but you know what I mean :).

Incredible people! The owner is amazing will do right by you and your car. He went out of his way to get me back on the road in record time with my Model 3. The entire team really delivered top notch service. Stellar work too. My car looks fabulous! This place will always have a special spot in my heart. My Tesla Model 3 was repaired well and communication with Garage was spot on. Repairs were slightly high but that's what you expect from brand new professional repairs.My repairs were done ten months ago though I have taken time to write this review. My Red Model 3 was returned to me from the garage in a sparkling state. Thank you Jeff and staff for your professionalism.

I banged up my Tesla S car last year and the Dedham dealership recommended Highway Autobody. Although it took 5 months to get the parts (Tesla's fault) I am now driving my beautiful red electric car that looks brand new! I cannot say enough about the staff... from Jeff to Carolyn to Wylie to Patsy, they were extremely helpful through the whole process. Highly recommended!
Wiley was wonderful and our car looks great! Wiley was helpful and made the whole process easy including having our rental picked up at Highway! He dealt with the insurance and basically all we had to do was drop off and pick up our car. They did a thorough job and went above and beyond finding and fixing damage we didn't know about from the accident. I would highly recommend them.

Dropped off my 2013 BMW 328i xdrive to be repaired after being rear ended in a minor fender bender. Highway Auto Body did a great job fixing the damage (looks like new) and handling all of the insurance and rental car paper work.
