Not happy, the help and price were great, most of the paint looked good and blended but there is many paint chips on the doors and fenders I had painted, factory bolts are missing, they didn’t secure my door panels, fenders in properly. They put my wheel well liners back in with self tappers and not clips and screwed threw my coolant reservoir costing me over $100 dollars in repairs and my doors still do not align correctly when they should but they put the hinges in too high.
I recently was involved in a hit in run. Boston Auto Body took very good care of me and my vehicle. they went above and beyond to even detail the inside of the truck and cleaned it very well! I would 110% recommend to any family/friends in the future

Cannot recommend this business enough! I got into an accident about a month ago with our family's truck and just happened to look this business up as a local option for where we would tow the car (undriveable). Alberto has been amazing every single step of the way -- completely communicative, unbelievably flexible, and truly helpful in answering every questions/supporting us to advocate with insurance to move the process along more efficiently. We have our second car with him now for some cosmetic repairs and tell everyone about the work his team does. Here's to no not crashing anymore cars for a while, but if we do... he's our guy!
Alberto and his crew removed a dent and did a paint touchup for me on my WRX. It’s like it never happened! (See before and after) they did it for a full $1000 less than another body shop quoted me! They were very friendly and managed to get my car in within just a few days, with a quick turn around. Do not hesitate to go here! Thank you guys!
Alberto and his team are so, so amazing and so wonderful!! It’s been twice now that Alberto has done work on my car with his guys. The first time was for a hit and run that happened to me and I was initially so stressed, but Alberto (the owner) was so helpful. Alberto was always super responsive, always giving me updates as soon as possible, walking me through all the repairs as they happened, and he was so helpful getting my lousy car insurance to respond when they were being slow. The shop returned my car back to me in even better condition than before the accident and even full cleaned the interior and exterior without me even asking! I was shocked at the care and the great service. Most recently I unfortunately had an issue with my exhaust pipe and where every other exhaust or muffler specialist referred to me by my coworkers was quoting me in the thousands, Alberto quoted me much less and was so much more reasonable. He even got me in the SAME day and fixed it the SAME day too. I could not ask for better service, and for a moretrustworthy, reliable auto shop than these guys. Trust me, you can’t find better!! I brought my car in for an appraisal and was quoted a very reasonable price. They were able to schedule me soon after. Had my car back after 2 1/2 days. When I picked it up I was very pleased with the work, much better than I could’ve hoped for!
This is my second time bringing my car to Boston Auto Body Works. Alberto and his team do amazing work. This second time, my SUV had deep scratches on the hood. Alberto said it would take 3 days to repair the damage. He made the whole process very easy for me as he came to my job and picked up the car and brought it back to me when it was completed. I got into a fender bender early May this year. I found Boston Auto Body Works online with excellent reviews, so I dropped off my vehicle and received a 3 week estimate timeline from Alberto. They got to work on my car right away, and they were extremely efficient with taking it apart and working closely with my insurance.
Boston Auto Body Works completed my vehicle within the estimated 3 weeks, during which they communicated updates on my vehicle repair progress. When I picked up my repaired vehicle from them, it looked completely brand new - right from factory. They had detailed the vehicle and it was shining from every angle.

Awesome experience! My car had pretty significant front end damage, needing new bumper/fender/fog light and few other pieces. They priced out all my parts in front of me, gave me an honest and accurate estimate, had my car done in 5 business days, and also had it looking brand new! Paint matching came out great. Overall very professional and honest business. Alberto had great customer service and I felt comfortable leaving my car with him and his team. Would definitely recommend and return if I needed any future body work!

Great experience and beautiful result. Our 2014 Toyota RAV collided with the corner of a sedan, crushing the front right bumper into the tire. When our insurer argued against covering the work needed, Alberto advocated for us with the appraiser, and got the repair fully covered to ensure the RAV is safe to drive. Equally impressive was the care they took with its appearance. It actually looks better inside and out than it did when I bought it from the Toyota dealer in 2017!
Boston Auto Body Works in Stoughton, Ma is fantastic. I went there on the advice of a mechanic when I sustained damage to my car which involved the right passenger door. Alberto was very pleasant and straightforward upon meeting. After he assessing my damage he quoted a very fair price ( I've had dealing with repair shops in Boston and his pricing was better than fair). He also made me aware of other areas of damage due to rust that he repaired. My car is older but it looked showroom ready when I picked it up. I couldn't have been more pleased. I was given great customer service, excellent workmanship at an excellent and affordable price and the work was completed in record time. In this day and age it is hard to find honest hardworking people. I would recommend Boston Auto Body Works to anyone needing body work on their car. You won't be disappointed.

We had no choice but to take our car somewhere in Stoughton after an accident, and I’m glad we did because this was an all around great experience. Alberto and his crew were easy to talk to and get along with. They provided us with great customer service and great attention to detail. We were kept up to date with everything that was going on with the insurance and progress of the car. After all was said and done, the car looked new and better than before the accident. You just can’t beat that kind of service. ???? Thank you and now I know where to go if I ever need a body shop again.

First time using Boston Autobody and I 100% could not be happier. Alberto was a pleasure too work with and constantly kept me updated with progress. Alberto gave me an estimated finish date and after 3 weeks kept his word. I purchased a 2021 customized Yukon Denali and I got hit from behind. I didn’t want too bring the vehicle too any body shop and I’ve heard nothing but great things about Boston Autobody. The result of the work is impeccable to say the least. I am so satisfied with this auto body shop. I have gone to many where I have been ripped off and have not gotten great service at all so I'm always very hesitant with who I drop my car off to fix with. I assume many people struggle with the same problem but I was so happy with the service that I got at this place, everyone was so nice and professional and the price was great and to top it off my car hasn't had any problems since. I've been recommending them to many o my friends and I have heard no complaints. If you are looking to get your car fixed or anything worked on I would 100% recommend you go to this Auto Body, you won't regret it!
Amazing service, I have not only a sentimental attachment to the car I had repaired there but a great deal of investment in to It. I was promised that my car would be done in a week, in 5 business days I received a call that my vehicle had been repaired and cleaned. The price was well worth the great work, no one else will repair my or my families’ vehicles other than these guys.
Manager/owner Alberto is a friendly guy who answered all my questions and made me feel confident having my car repaired there.
