I don’t even know where to begin. I went over there and I needed some assistance with my vehicle and the guys over there were unbelievable. Did not hesitate to help This is my go to place from now on they went above and beyond. I’m just so glad that we have people in the world that take the time and really help people these guys are unbelievable Thank you very much you guys ?

Just had such a great experience with some LED lamps I got for my SUV. I have difficulty seeing at night in the dark and it was suggested that I get the LED's. Very polite staff very informative and happy to help. A special thank you to Anthony (I believe that was his name)who was kind enough to change the lights for me as I do not have the technical savvy to do such. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me some information about my particular engine . I think he should have his own YouTube channel with his wealth of knowledge! Great place to stop for all your automotive needs.

There's a young lady that works there and she's awesome! I can't remember her name, but I hope she continues to be as awesome as she was and the other staff was pretty cool. The only thing I'd say is for them to great customer a lil better. They weren't rude, but! If they were to say hi, and good morning/afternoon or evening. How are? How can we help you? If there's anything you need let us know. Some might say it once in awhile, but it's not everyone that does it. Plus you never know what that customer is going through and just a simple question can change their day and what they came for. Continue to do great ladies and gentlemen. But, strive for greatness while being great!

Good prices. They beat auto zone. My parts order was never ordered so the repair became a hassle. But Joe the manager helped me out big time and was truly apologetic and helpful. I walked out with most of my order. Wish I could give 5 stars.

Went to this store for a couple things for my vehicle and mower. The gentleman behind the counter was able to walk in back and grab the correct spark plug almost without looking for it. Pretty knowledgeable people. Parking is pretty good.

Closed at 6 when both google listing which says confirmed by business 7 days ago and their own website says it’s open till 9. Great communication

Not from the area but I came by because my temp gauge was going all the way up couldn’t drive far and was basically stranded and CJ went above and beyond to help me get my coolant hose replaced and fixed the overheating issue and I was able to make it home !!! Thank you so much!! Def recommend this place !!!

I am a loyal rewards customer and only use O'Reilly's for my SUV!! You can find O'Reilly Auto Parts all over Massachusetts and Rhode island and no matter which one you visit everyone is kind and knowledgeable!!

This local business and location is excellent, this place posses great customer service skills, and the staff are always very attentive which I don’t see at many other businesses these days. I would really like to thank CJ and Imari, and the rest of the staff that I’ve interacted with there for their high quality professionalism and their honesty with sales. Because of the realization I’ve had today this will be the only place I will go for parts. Every staff member has always been extremely helpful with both sales services and quality parts since I’ve started shopping with them a few years ago.I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Oreillys is great. They have a great variety of parts in store and can get most parts in within like 4 hours. When I'm in the middle of a project and something goes wrong, oreillys is how I fix it and finish it. The people are always happy to help and offer advice when asked.

I was lucky enough to get the help from the district manager Christopher snow. He went above and beyond helping me locate the fuse box and what fuse I needed. I had no idea where to look. The other associates were very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Have been going here for at least 2 years. It’s getting to the point where some of the people that were there are gone and it’s getting harder and harder to deal with the people that are in now. You take in your vin and ask questions and they look at you like you have five heads. I asked for ceramic brakes and the girl took out brakes that supposedly are like ceramic and won’t throw dust but they throw dust everywhere. It became a good old boys club and they gang up on you when you ask a question. My experience went from 5 stars to 2 stars. She didn’t get the brakes right because they throw a ton of dust.

Shopping at Stoughton location on Friday evening was a great experience. The staff were very helpful, especially Amanda who was knowledgeable and could help you with your automobile needs. This store is greatly recommended.

Just went to orilley stoughton after ask a employee Amanda ( assistant manager) to charge a battery and she didn’t place my battery to be charge ??? And she told me that the battery was charged ? I run to autozone a cross st and the battery was died ! I went back to the store to complain and she ask me to live her store ! Because I was asking why she done that I’m a reward member there for the pass 2 years ! Amanda have to learn how take care costumer I’m asking owners to class her ! Thx

First time visiting O’Reilly Auto Parts & will be last until I pick up my 1 day free shipping part for my truck. This is now my new parts, cleaning supplies, and accessory spot for my truck. I was surprised that prices are competitive some lower than the giAnt e-source where I usually order from via on-line of course. Low Prices are good, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE TRUMPS ALL!! That’s what I received from Tony A. He went above and beyond, even though they were about to close (unfortunately you rarely see service like Tony’s anymore). At checkout take a look at their clearance merchandise or see pic. I paid $3.37 each. ?? Went into there today to see if they had some items I wanted/needed for my truck, KathyAnn waited on us and she was phenomenal and provided very & thorough customer service. I got what I wanted and more. Store has what I would consider the largest in store inventory with fair peocing I have seen in the area.

I rolled in with a broken down vehicle. They had the right parts and one of the guys was a mechanic that gave me great advice.

Top notch customer service. Not what you'd expect from an auto store. Will be back! Joe was excellent. Very helpful.

The only nice about this location is some of the staff to name a few richie the guy is so handsome and Cathy nice lady. There is also a Spanish young guy can’t remember his name very pleasant.

I had an excellent customer service experience at the Stoughton location with Cathy. I had a headlight out and went in for a bulb. Cathy was kind enough to go out in the cold at night and check all of my lights. I had no idea my brake lights were out too. She was very helpful and changed both of my headlights so one wasn’t brighter than the other. It’s nice to know that there are people who care about their customers and love their job. Thank you!
